I've met a few cops who are genuinely decent individuals, and like usual, a small number taint their reputations. That last guy is the type of cop that sincerely cares.
You broke the law. Wheelies on public road are not allowed. And you should have been arrested for that. In my country as small as it is, monthly at least 10 bikers lose their life because of not obeying the law and doing stupid shit.
In all of these videos they showcase reckless driving. The same thing that gets countless bikers killed every year, especially on twisty rural roads. The roads around my town are literally just deathtraps for these sorts of people and funnily enough every year they keep getting themselves killed on them.
Cop stop at 10:50 didn't even have legal precedent to stop him or ask for his ID, as he was going slow and driving straight at the time observed. His civil rights were ignored by the police officer.

The clip from "germany" is most likely from Sweden due to the yeild signs being red/yellow and not red/hite as in germany. The "no speed limit" thing would apply to the autobahn but not through roundabouts outside IKEA.
