That's been a great trailer brother 🇺🇸 4388 miles. Holy smokes brother!!! A light weight platform for trailer would be a sheet of fiberglass. Like from a boat. Find an old boat and cut out a section. How you feeling today my friend?

Nice little setup you have there

I use lexan on the floor of my bike trailers, I have an Allen sports and a Schwinn day tripper. The lexan doesn't break and hold 14 gallons of water without an issue.

Attaching a second drawbar will make it rather interesting to curve 😉

X large Lexan cutting board for food would be light and strong. You could cut to custom fit?
