I mountain biked the Super Ultra Mega Park from Skate 3 in Descenders! I can't believe someone made this map in the game, seriously a mirror copy of it. It's perfect! 6:18 You can actually whip with proper finess of the right and left sticks. Try playing around with just flat tweaking then adding slight rotations with the left stick.
