On feeling Khali (empty): I believe in energy. We all carry energy or essence that unites and connects us. It's this inherent, underlying force that draws us to one another. It makes us capable of empathizing and understanding one another. Certain people's energies draw us to them more than others, making us feel whole and full. It's not necessarily because we were incomplete before we connected with them. It just means that our energies complemented one another at that time. Yet we are not bound to time, we are constantly evolving and changing. So when our energies no longer complement one another naturally we feel Khali, we miss the time when our energies aligned. Importantly, however, this does not mean that we are innately empty, it just means we need to be open to the power of connection, to find another energy that complements our new energy ~ :)
