Best 60min bikram I have ever done. Most 60min classes I have done double up on the stretching poses only but this one strategically picks poses throughout the series. Two half moons, standing head to knee, standing bow, camel... yes please! Well done and thank you for sharing💕😍

Thanks Sarah - we tried a few variations before we came up with this one that is a good combination that can be done in 60 minutes.

Hello from England. Just wanted to say that through your videos I have rediscovered hot yoga (well room temp). I am finding the videos very easy to follow. I have only taken a few hot yoga classes in the past. So a very big thank you! I am feeling so much more relaxed in general thanks to your videos xxx
