Amen to that. I remember when this first came out. It was constantly on loop. The beat is ridiculous and Bilal, Dre and Jadakiss are just filthy on this track.
The industry knows this though. He did 4 songs on to pimp a butterfly. Kendrick called him, So he’s not underrated as for as the industry goes. As far as fans go, yea… they don’t know him like they should.

I was there when this video was shot in north philly summer of 2002. Remember seeing Kiss on the back street on Huntingdon waiting for his shoot. NP all day Cassidy also shot Hustler video same blocks and GTown ave and Floetry on Gtown and Lehigh. All luv back then.

I’m pretty sure Dre had the first producer tag ever with this. I seem to remember maybe 1 more with the, “this is another Dr Dre production” tag. I used to love that, but he didn’t do it long. Easily one of my all time favorite beats over 20 years later. And don’t sleep on Dre’s verse. Straight fire.

@@drpixel564 prodigy, Pun, ODB, Sean Price, Shock G, Phife from Tribe Called Quest, Heavy D, Markie D, Bushwick Bill, 2 Pac, Biggie...these rappers need to look after themselves...a lot of it is health related...I watched the Red & Meth Verzuz, Erick Sermon and K Solo aren't looking too great...they need to sort their shit out...Scarface, Freeway and Beanie Siegel are on the watch list as well...
