OMG... Bill is 100% reminding me of my father. I used to love vintage clothes & thrift stores when I was in HS (still do, to a somewhat lesser extent, actually). Every single time he would see me wearing a thrifted item he was like, "UGH- you know, somebody DIED in that dress/shirt/pants...". 🤣🤣🤣

Buying and wearing used clothing, especially vintage is good for the planet. Repurposing, reusing, reducing consumption of resources. Big fan of Bill Burr, but I am with Nia on this one. But wash/clean everything before you actually wear it.
I lost it at "Peg Bundy". Especially when Nia did the "Whyyyyy?" thing. I picture thrm living in the Married With Children house as Nia comes sliding in with the leopard print bodysuit and giant decorative belt. Bill comes in off the road, flops on the couch, hand in the pants, and begins trashing jizz-covered vintage goods like it's the shoe job.
With the amount of worldwide production we SHOULD be thrifting instead of buying 100% eco things and throwing away our non eco things. Its just crazy. I had been thrifting since i am walking on my 2 feet after leaving my parents house at 18. I thrifted my first proper suit to go on a job interview, thrifted brand clothes for any occasion and still spend a fraction of what i would. I knew people poorer then me that saved 2 months for a shitty tshirt from a brand shop in a mall, meanwhile i could get 15 of clothes like that for that price.

I know Nia looks amazing in leopard print and buying used stuff is the best. Almost anything can be washed and people try new clothes on in the dressing rooms anyway.
Yeah before my sense of smell was attenuated severely after I slammed my head on the ground (longboarding accident), I couldn’t have worn most Goodwill type stuff, but now I can because who cares lol.
