My kids didnt want veggies for the first few years of their life but we always made sure to put a few kn their plate, different ones to try every time. Eventually they picked up a couple snd now they all have a few different veggies they like. Its really all about putting those healthy foods in front of them early on, now as for the video.... Shit was hilarious 😂

We started exercises for kids when they were 6 months. Little baby can hang onto a bar for a while, they have strong grips for their size. Of course you'd be there to catch them asap. You can start water safety at 6 months old too. (That's the age you can start at AquaTots) Then we started stretching later on. Around kindergarten age, we start running and working on basic bodyweight exercises. Weights will come when they're older. Kids will never be fat, unless they go for it as adults, but hopefully we instill health and fitness into their lives.

I remember being a first time parent …..it’s a steep learning curve….i think you guys will be fine you seem very in sync. The best advice I ever heard was, “don’t let your kids do anything that would make you dislike them.” Remember that you have to be their parent FIRST…… their friend second. When they’re older….. moved out….. have their own lives… then you can be friends. My job is to make you a good person……not to be your friend. We can be “friendly”…..but, until you’re older? Nope. Not friends. You love them. They’re a responsibility. They’re a work in progress. When I’m done making you the best damn person I can? Then…….we can be friends. There will be times you’re stressed to the MAX….when you just wanna choke em. Here’s what I learned; make sure they’re fed, safe, fresh diaper, and warm. Then walk away. Just close the door and let em cry. Take 30 minutes for you. Get centered. They’ll be FINE. They’re not gonna explode. You’re better off taking a break and composing yourself. When you’re ready? Go get em and get back in your groove. Seriously. You’re not doing them any favors by losing your shit. Take a lap….they’re gonna be ok. Anyway…..enjoy being parents…..it’s the greatest accomplishment of my life and even with all the ups and downs….. it’s worth it. Cheers 🥂

5 y/o me also said in front of my liberal parents & conservative (other grandparents not the hippie ones) grandparents at a breakfast table, *passionately* said "I think george bush is a EVIL DICTATOR" and my parents cannot emphasize enough the HYSTERICS they were in, my hippie grandparents included 😭🤣

Even though I am not a parent, one thing my parents did when I was growing up was have a decent size garden in our backyard, it was an early start of showing responsibility, And all of the healthy crops we got to use in certain dishes we would make as a family! When I eventually do have children of my own I'm definitely making sure we have a garden, plus it helps with certain grocery costs. Now in no way, shape, or form am I trying to tell you that this is what you two should do as parents, but just a small suggestion, no disrespect whatsoever. But it's also a good way to ensure you're getting fresh produce for when you come home from workouts and everything so it's not just for the kids kind of thing, it can be something for both you and your lovely wife Scru. What's the point of the book report... Well to make you learn to read at least, basic writing hopefully. Pass or fail on what you wrote, even if it was the cliff notes you learned to read, you learned to read. That way road signs and stop signs mean something to you.
