@@lennypignatello7493 I'd say it's the most complex and wearing, but equally, the most wonderfully rewarding! And once it's over, you miss those days so much - but then the final reward comes in the shape of beautiful grandchildren 🥰
Its just his opinion. A women can disagree. Also hes a comedian, so it doesnt necessarily mean he believes wt he says.

@@Shtriga_34 he specifically believes what he says which is why he's not shy speaking his truth. And he didn't say being a mom is a not a hard job - but the level of ego and arrogance by saying "it's the hardest job on the planet" is the whole point here. This is the same concept as his "there's no reason to hit a woman" sketch. We can of course disagree, but he does put things in perspective, especially when people are trying to act PC but they are far from it. Hence the facade.
I'm a mom, a grandmother and a great grandmother, I have to say that Bill is about 75 percent right. The most difficult part of being a mom is that it never ends, you cant punch a clock and go home. The Hardest part of being a mom is when they grow up and leave..
@@adamsgrad93 Nah, she doesn't need in the same way. I dunno much about mom-daughter relationship, but at a certain age the parents have to stop being parents and be more like friend(or mentor, depends).
As a man, I would like to admit right now, some days knowing I get to clock out and get away from it for 12 hrs is what makes it doable. I would lose my mind if the job followed me 24/7. Thanks to the moms for being strong.
That's why it's so important for the mother to create her own identity while helping your children develop their own. When you successfully get them to adulthood and they venture out into the world you will miss them but your life continues and your are prepared for the phase of your life.
I feel sorry for the people that gave this video a thumbs down. Those people must be miserable. I bet nothing is good enough for them. You guys are awesome.
This time we live in today, definitely not conducive to being a comedian & the irreverence that truly makes it funny. I’ve heard that Seinfeld won’t do colleges anymore for that reason. There will always be someone who’s offended & ready to cancel someone else for what they themselves have an issue with.
Bill Always Jumps right into it! Absolutely NO FILTER! Nothing is Sacred! You gave respect to all mothers.. then you watched this! You suddenly related! Hilarious!
Thank you for that. I was Mr. Mom to my two sons from the time the older one was 5 and his brother still in diapers. An d now when they are both in their late 40s, they make sure to spend not only Father’s Day with me, but Mother’s Day too. Best thing that ever happened to me was the day their mom walked out on them.
I think people often misunderstand the fact that Bill is a comedian and he makes jokes about situations. He isn't debating the subject, just making fun of it.
What makes motherhood so difficult is that it's 24/7 non stop. The neediness of the child can be drowning. Once she was the center of attention, now she is everything to someone else.
Thanks Quintel for the kind words about single moms! I was a single Mom my entire adult life until my son was grown. He'll be 40 in May! It's hard, but I wouldn't say it's the hardest job on the planet, but it IS a lifelong commitment! LOL Thanks for the reaction. Bill Burr is off the chain!
I was gonna say I think the hardest job is picking strawberries, green beans, peaches and apples. IVE DONE ALL OF THOSE. But jokingly, I might bet the toughest job is the world's oldest profession....Motherhood is 2nd oldest😄😄😁😁
Uhhgggg....picking strawberries is the WORST! The only harder job was baling hay and moving it to a barn in the middle of a humid West Virginia summer!
I like how you keep your family close, and hang with your brothers. All your vids are good, but these are my favorites. Family is everything. You have a good one!
So thankful for all of your videos, Jamel. I can still pull up these older ones and get the joy at the end of the day. As I've said before, I totally understand why the format change, but I just miss the joy of your music reactions, reactions to comedians, old TV shows, etc. that was such a welcome respite and mental vacation from all the politics, all the people screaming their made-up facts, and other such depressing stories. I just pray it swings back someday to the music and all the fun.
12:00 i'm not being pedantic. he did say "Deadliest Catch" and he mentioned "pulling scallops off the ocean floor" I'm a commercial scallop fishermen. Crab boat crews get to sleep more than work. Scallopers are working non-stop, every minute of every hour of the allotted days at sea. Scallop fishing is also the industry with the highest mortality rate, several years. We work harder, die more often and get worse publicity.
I love my 1 single day off each week because I get to stay at home and take care of my daughter. It's literally a luxury to me. Just goes to show how dramatic woman can be. My luxury day off is their "hardest day ever".
GOD BLESS MY MOM SHE HAD EIGHT KIDS FIVE OF US 14 MONTHS APART. HAD A FORTH GRADE ED. WENT TO TO A PROGRAM WENT TGRU THAT SCRUPPED FLOORS TOLITS WENT BACK TO SCHOOL BECAME R. N. I DON'T THINK SHE EVER GOT MORE FOUR HOURS SLEEP A NIGHT . AT SIXTY FIVE SHE RETIRED AND HAD BOUGHT HOUSE TEN YEARS PRIAR. PAST AWAY AT 68. YRS OLD. I MISS HER AND LOVE A) AND ANY PARENT THAT MULTY TASKED AND SHE NEVER COMPLAINED. )
I feel Bill on the middle of the summer job. I used to do fireworks and it wasn't electronically either. We lit them with flare sticks 😂. Nailing the frames together to hold the "mortars" steady. Then the shells get loaded and then ya wait until it's time to light em. Gets hot as hell, and you get burnt a lot 😂 also the bigger shells fell like a kick to the chest and back if ya stood too close to em. That shit sucked but it was a cool experience.
This has some serious truths. I honestly think most households are better off if both parents work. The financial stress on a family is too much. Not to even mention the stress this puts on the man. My brother in law missed two days of work due to Covid. He literally had to go back to work because he’s the only one that works with two kids.
I love your videos, my dude. I like that you love Bill Burr and you recognize his nuance :) Happy holidays to you and your family from a long time subscriber! :)
I gotta laugh because so many (mostly ladies but some dads, too) parents that are financially set to stay home with their kids are like that. I saw my mom as the most beautiful mom, in her work clothes, while the other moms where hens wearing their housedresses and curlers to drop off their kids at school in the morning. My mom was steady: we always had three healthy meals (meat and potatoes & a vegetable, salad and milk for dinner, no soda, in between meal snacks and on.) She made her money stretch and was thrifty but spoiled us on occasion with an ice cream, a tree at Christmas. Some things she may not have had growing up. She was raised (after her dad left to work on the Southern Pacific) by a Ukrainian mom. My mom would often say that we came from "Good farm stock). I have two grown sons (I was single after divorcing) that are kind, thoughtful and caring. I am so lucky that they were able to become the men that are today despite the difficulties I went through and that they had to endure because of that.
You want to know what's even harder than being a single mother - it's being a single father of multiple children for 20 years. As a father you have no support groups, no help from family courts, and no one gives a damn about your problems or challenges. The whole system is geared to helping women, while phucking over men. As a single father, you quickly discover that you are alone and the cavalry is never coming to save you. Moreover, the chances of a man finding a good woman who wants to raise another woman's children is less than encouraging, while single mothers can find a man pretty much any time they choose. And, so it goes.
The thing is that's not the name of the show it's probably 'You people are all the same' or one of his other shows, not only that he's a comedian, that's what they do tell jokes, he's probably my favorite comedian after Norm RIP.
You guys are amazing..this was recorded in my home town of Montreal Quebec Canada..just for laughs..biggest comedy festival in the world..cheers guys, you all have great spirit
To be honest bro, I enjoy the reactions with your brothers the best! You guys gel together so well it's hysterical! I have 4 brothers and when we all together it the same thing, Party Time!(We don't even drink) it just joking! Great stuff!
I raised 5 kids by myself. They're all grown now. I did our laundry in the tub and had a wringer washer. I told my kids were lucky we all lived through it lol! It's not the most difficult job but it certainly is hard!
Gotta remember it's comedy.. not necessarily what he actually believes.. that's the beauty of it.. get people thinking and talking about the bits ya know
My mom had the most hardest job whit me and my younger brother. But our dad whas home a lott 2 and he had to suffer 2 haha. They worked both and had to parenting us up 2. That must not be easy for them but that's how it goes whem you have 2 boys how are energetic hahaa. But now iam 42 and my brother 40 and we love our parents . so they did good. 😍😍
Love the reactions! I have a suggestion, Electric Worry by Clutch official music video, y’all will love it I promise!!! Great sound, relatable lyrics and very graphic harmonica murder!!!!
Motherhood may not have the hardest tasks, like ditch digging or underwater welding... but what makes it crazy hard is that no matter how hard it is or how drained you are you can never clock out if you hope to do it right. I love BB, & thanks for letting me watch with you.
