Protip: After a bath/shower, just slather yourself in lotion after you've towel-dried but are still damp. You'll lock in more moisture and you can get it everywhere easily super quickly because the water makes it easy to slick around. Then just air-dry for a few mins. This tip is actually super helpful for really dry skin, the extra water really makes a huuuuge difference in how your skin feels a few hours later. Side note: am white but female and my grandma lectured me on taking care of my skin really early, and also my childhood bestfriend is black and I actually can still recall the memory of him explaining the importance of lotion for black skin (in his typical comical way) as we was lotioning up before we ran off to do whatever.

This is wisdom. You do need friends from every race and background. That’s why we are so prone to being divided by the damn politicians, because we tend to hang out with too many people like ourselves. Truth people, make friends with everybody and the world will make more sense.
