I like this version of bill You can talk about how powerful bill is and all but his severe weakness is that he has VERY human characteristics like a low pain tolerance, easy to distract, talks his ass off alot, and his attacks are easy to dodge often because he expects you to be extemely below him.

Bill looks like he is having quite a lot of fun pretending to be on their level. Too bad he could crumble that whole planet to pieces without even getting serious. Remember, the only reason weirdmageddon didnt destroy the entire universe is because out of all the places, bill decided to summon it in the only town that has a supernatural unbreakable barrier that keeps all the weird stuff from exiting. If there was no barrier, we woild have been taken over without even realizing it. I mean, he destroyed the second dimention. Oh, sorry, sorry, not destroyed. Purged.
