You have a good eye, fractalign! We bought the coupe, (as is) and enjoy the "heck" out of it. Nobody is trying to pass this rod on as the original, because as you stated, there are differences. WHO CARES!! All of you who feel "Threatened" by this clone need to get a life.
@buzzkillerzz I'm not sure if you are into hotrods and classic cars, but there are thousands of "replicas" out there, and some looking better than the "real" car that made the car famous. Just to enlighten you a little, Billy Gibbons had no problem signing my dash when they used my car as a prop at one of their concerts. I am not passing my rod on to be the original. It is a clone, which is shown at car shows, in honor of a FANTASTIC band. Buzz, take a chill pill and enjoy the rods out there.
Nice Job. I built one back during the 90's. Would of liked to see how you ran your exhaust out back of the car. Had problems doing mine no room over the rear end everything is so tight. Did you have a custom shop loop it under the rear axles and up? Just curious.
I always thought it was mental to copy some one else's anything ..... cause of the gayness ! Don't think this is special bro ...... Your riding off of some one else's coat tails , from the car to the tune ..... next time take all that energy and put it into your own vision , you have talent B !
