I miss Troy! We didn't get to watch him long enough. There will never be another one like him! It was like a work of art every Sunday, you never knew what he was going to do or pull off. I've never been so amazed by a player before and probably never will be again. Truly a special player and a special guy.

Troy was a savage on the football field + prayed doing each play, humble off the field with a contagious smile and a laugh of a person with the sweetest heart also has the best hair I ever seen on a man.

Everybody talks about NE being the ultimate dinasty, but i think you guys from pittsburgh are the real ultimate dinasty. I don't know much about the history of the Steelers, but seems that you guys are elite since forever. The steel curtain, Terry Bradshaw, Bill Cowher, Troy Polamalu, Mike Tomlin, Big Ben, even AB and Leveon Bell. 8 AFC championships and 6 SBs. Much Respect.

Played college ball when Troy was at the top of his game, our scheme was a 3-4, so our coaches had a lot of Steelers film. The things Troy did on the film was amazing, those highlights they show on NFL films is just the tip of the iceberg!

You both deserved to be in the hall and for you to go in at the same time I thought was awesome! Troy besides James Harrison you 2 were my favorite 2 guys to watch play! I mean if someone did manage to get around James normally you would come flying out of now where and thump them for get threw the Dline. I loved how you both played with your passion for the game it is something you don't see out of many players today. I feel you guys both were so good if you were to ever be able to go back in time to the first Steel curtain with Joe, LC and the crew I think James and you Troy both would have fit in even with that group, you guys were that good of players!!! Thanks for all of the years of playing and hard work you both did. Thanks to you Troy for the plays you were able to do that NO ONE will ever be able to match!

I'm a lifelong Cowboys fan but I'm a football fan first. Coach Cowher is one of my fav coaches. Cowher is the kind of guy that if he demands something, he is fully willing to do the same. He's a lead from the front type of guy. Troy said it perfectly. Cowher gave them structure while allowing individuality and having their backs. Many blessings and congratulations to Troy. Two great men right there. Great interview....alot of love and respect between those two. I graduated 2002 and got into the NFL around that time. I miss the days that flacco passes and all of a sudden the hair comes flying into the screen and tackles the receiver short of the first down.
