I like the video because it's the perspective I had as a child the first times I used the turntable, I'm reminded of the smell of vinyl and my father shouting at me not to destroy the needle.

Enough lies! Autumn Leaves is a 1980 album by Bill Evans with Eddie Gómez on bass and Marty Morell on drums and It was released by Lotus, an Italian record label. Length? 36:09. Seven tracks...."Emily", "There Will Never Be Another You", "Stairway to the Stars", "Someday My Prince Will Come", "Blue in Green", "'Round About Midnight" and "Autumn Leaves".

Cannonball Adderley Alto sax , Bill Evans piano. Jazz has been blessed with a plephora of great pianists , at the top of the tree in my opinion a man few have heard of but can be heard on Utube , Roland Hanna .

I have a double-record direct to disk recording of the boss brass which is a famous Canadian big band. My dad has that same recording and I was lucky enough to find it. They recorded a complete side at one time and they muted the microphones in between songs. They could have left the sounds of the charts being turned in there and it would have been cool. It is an unbelievable sounding recording and an unbelievable recording by an incredibly tight band. Back when "cutting" was actually cutting the grooves into the master disk.

The first reference is wrong, it's not Bill Evans trio: it souns Cannonball Adderley sax. It is from Adderley's album "Know what I mean?" with Bill Evans on the piano, of course. The same for the tune "kwow what I mean?". And there is more, "when you wish upon a star" it's from the "Interplay" album, with Freddie Hubbard on trumpet, Jim Hall on guitar...etc La primera referencia está mal, no es el trio de Bill Evans: suena el saxo de Cannonball Adderley. Es del disco Know what I mean? de Adderley con Bill Evans. Lo mismo para el tema "Know what I mean?" Y más, hay de todo, el "when you wish upon a star" es del álbum en quinteto "Interplay", con Freddie Hubbard a la trompeta, JIm Hall a la guitarra...etc.

'Autumn Leaves' is a Bill Evans original LP record from 1980, also on trio, but it only has 7 tracks (of around half an hour) - and here there are 40 (in more than 3 hours)... So, as this says being a "full album" (and not a playlist), I'd thankfully welcome an explanation (and, if this is a compilation, it should be assumed as that - even proves who did has good taste..!) Would be also useful to have more info about these tracks - personnel, dates, recording places, etc.

Whilst I'm appreciative for having all this wonderful music in one place, I too would prefer a little honesty in the title - it is basically a random compilation (as you a playlist) of Bill Evans tracks. I just spent about 30 minutes trying to find this, ahem, "album".

Bill Evans sure is a great saxophonist (just kidding) ;) Why is this called as Bill Evans trio when suddenly and unmistakenly I hear Eric Dolphy, not to mention a trumpet.
