Giving is always great, but I love that he simply GIVES. He doesn't wait until a relative comes down with some disease and then donates to the research like so many wealthy people.

I'm choosing to not read the comments in fear that someone posts something negative BECAUSE this man has dedicated his life and fortune to helping THE WORLD! Bill Gates should be recognized as a hero. I hope history will teach future generations about the possibilities that money and empathy can create for everyone.
When I watch this man, I cant help but sense he is one of a kind. This is a man who has held the richest person in the world spot 17 times in the last 22 years and acts like he runs a startup. He has personally donated $40bn to his foundation, its hard to put into words how incredible this is, its the equivalent of giving every man, woman and child in canada $1,111.11 and the cause... Global health which is possibly the greatest cause possible. This is a simple man, who had a passion which delivered far more than he expected and he feels its his duty to give back.... What an incredible human being.
