Hahaha that collection doesn't have a rare one of a kind first day of issue stamp cancellation sheet in both red and black ink used separately for the release of the art of the skateboard stamps in Phoenix Arizona. There are collectors with the black inked cards and some with red. I have the one sheet that shouldn't exist that was used to clean the ink from the stamp pads used to cancel the first day of issue cards. 🤫

Isnt stamp collecting dying at a faster pace than most hobbies? I don't know anyone in their 30s and 40s who cares in the slightest?

The irony of it is that the fewer people collect things, the more valuable those things get as the rest of the items are discarded. Stamps can garner huge prices. In this video, they tell you that one stamp sold for 15,000 dollars. In 1918. Not in 2024. Fifteen large... for a stamp.

Good.. my collection gains a greater value the less collectors there are. Worldwide you are talking about a black budget industry.
