What makes Hader better than most actors is he can take shit and dish it too. Most are too worried about their self image and play jokingly to a point until they act tired... Hader just keeps bringing it which is a testament to how genuine of a guy he is.

Hader is wicked quick and super talented. His impressions are gold standard,he is in a class with people like Eddie Murphy as far as characters (in number, but Eddie has some that are super memorable and CLASSIC AND STAND UP still to this day!)

Mero is that guy for Bill. Not to say Desus is stuck up or anything or Bill and he didnt have rapport but this is why Desus&Mero is the best duo each are unique in their own way and mesh extremely well together so the guest can choose and become more open.
