Its not about who can rehydrate more though, its about who can make the weight. Making 3 lbs more weakens the body on fight day immensely. 3 lbs of water is massive, especially when almost everything is out already. Ryan stopped cutting so he wouldnt feel weak on fight day. Its like a bad hangover from alcohol, thedehydration is very hard. Haney rehydrated more, but the effects of cutting 3 lbs water is still like night and day difference. Its like one guy went and partied, while the other guy just sipped some water. (I'm not a Boxing fan, just saying. Because many people dont get why there are weight cuts in Boxing)
