I’ve seen Bill Irwin perform around 10 times. Brilliance. Great actor, great orator, great clown, great mover, great silent comedian.

Physical comedy is an oddly underappreciated artform. It requires the concentration of a ballet dancer, and a commitment of Love towards an audience. Have you ever seen a performer be both prisoner and prison guard launching him towards a jail cell? I have and I have done that. It is a physical mastery that in our CGI Society, has no appreciation

Always liked the stairway in the steamer trunk bit. How in the heck does he do it?
