I have heard Bill teach for along time 20# years. He is the real thing. Just because he wears glasses doesn't mean he is a liar. God has given him an insight to the Bible that we totally missed. Or at least I did. I wear glasses but I do believe in God and I know Jesus heals. He has saved my life at least twice. One of those times I did not understand who He was or that He healed today. What Pastor Bill is doing for me is to take me deeper in the word. God has given Him an awesome healing ministry and teaching. Thank you Pastor for being you and listening to God.
@Trey, regarding a few of your points. 1. I've heard Bill Johnson and Bethel people clearly and repeatedly teach that Jesus IS eternally God, and always has been God, never stopped being God. I think it is entirely Biblical to say that Jesus, while still BEING divine, did not operate in his divinity but operated as a man in right relationship with God. Paul says that he laid it aside and took the form of a servant. Jesus said he cast out demons by the Spirit of God. Just because Johnson differs in his views on this from you does not make him a heretic. 2. Bill Johnson does not ever say Jesus healed everyone - you are misquoting him. I've heard him teach that Jesus only healed the one man at the pool of Bethesda. The point he brings up is this - there is not a SINGLE record in the gospels of Jesus not healing someone who asked him for healing. - Can you find a single instance in the Gospels where Jesus tells someone he would heal them, that they either deserve their affliction or that God is using their affliction for a higher purpose? Can you find one instance? 3. Bill Johnson, Randy Clark and others are NOT "New Age" but repeatedly and clearly teach against it. They are grounded in the Bible and repudiate New Age teaching.

Look at Acts 10:38 and you know that God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holyspirit and with power .then Jesus went about doing good and HEALING ALL who were oppressed of the devil,for God was with Him, Bill Johnson is pointing back to man , not back to Jesus , read John he said he is doing EVERYTHING he sees the Father do!

And I don’t see where the Holyspirit of God encourages any of that! You will know them by their fruits, you know Christians some like to thow out there don’t judge,beware when you talk about God’s prophets! It was on a you tube video NAR were choosing their circle of friends to be prophets of God! Sorry Scott ) but we need no man teach us we have the Holyspirit within us to lead us and guide us thank God ! Because ever since Cov’d came out the world has changed and being set up foe the Antichrist to step up to the stage of the world, Bill Johnson got himself and church to pray for a 2 year old to come back to life and I’m sad it did not happen because I believe in healing as well,the word of God says that a prophet if he says he hears from God and tells what God said then it MUST come to pass and if it does not Then he is not a prophet of God! So all those NAR self appointed prophets bewarned ! For God will not be mocked.
So sad to see people in the body of Christ slander another believer. Be careful, I'd say "satan's right hand man" title better fits with people who behave like Satan who is spoken of as "the accuser of the brethren". I encourage you NOT to align your behavior with Satan by cutting believers down. Disagree on points of doctrine or practice - fine, but discuss these non-essentials with grace and HUMILITY. I've never lived in Redding but for 10 years we've been blessed while serving the Lord in an Asian country by listening to the teaching and worship music of Bethel. Wonderful people. Perfect? No, of course not. Bill Johnson would be the first to admit they don't have it all. They are very appreciative of the work of believers in other streams. I've seen the good fruit of this man and his church all over the earth. Is everyone who ever picks up some Bethel teaching and gets wacky the fault of Bill Johnson? Of course not. Lets not be hypocritical. There are millions of believers who have been baptist, reformed, methodist, missional etc etc with whatever label you want and who have done crazy, immature, sinful, wacky, misguided things. Should we condemn John Calvin or John Wesley or John Piper to hell just because people who have embraced their teachings missed the mark? Of course not. Don't do the same with Bethel.
Careful not to call healthy rebuke, the work of the devil. It could save someone from the wrath of God. Let us focus on what is said in the Bible and obey Jesus together.

Bill Johnson is a brother and a man of God. Is he 100% correct on every point of doctrine? WHO, other than Jesus, is? Bill teaches clearly and repeatedly: -the reality of hell and judgment, - the eternal divinity and humanity of Jesus, -that salvation is through faith in Christ alone -the authority and infallibility of scripture. He agrees with and teaches all the core doctrines of evangelicalism and the historic creeds.

Bill puts emphasis on the rewards. He may be joking, but teasing about turning all the unfulfilled prophetic words people speak to you into gold or cash from God is an eye brow raiser.
Isaiah 1:18 John 1:29. 1John 3:5-9. 1 Peter 1:18-23. 2:9&10 Acts 10:15. Roman's 5:19-21. Hebrews 9:11-14. Galatians 6:14&15. Colossians 1:20-22. Just a few scriptures about what happens to a born again BELIEVER. O THE BLOOD OF JESUS, What can wash away my sin nothing but the blood of Jesus, what can make me whole again, nothing but the blood of Jesus? And it will never ever loose its Power. We overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony, not by what we were but by what we are now by the Blood the incorruptible precious Blood of Christ.

"if indeed you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you heard." Now, I don't think anybody get's baptized and then is able to keep themselves from sin. So...there needs to be a way to repent again...

@Trey It is sad that you mock Bill Johnson for wearing glasses and his son's speech impediment and that not everyone is healed when they ministry. I would assume that not everyone repents and believes when you share the gospel but that doesn't mean we should brand you a fraud and a heretic and mock your attempts to preach the gospel does it? Jesus told his followers to heal the sick. Where does the Bible say a person is disqualified from this if he wears glasses or has a disability or illness ? I think we should rejoice when any believer sees someone healed that they ministered to. Better to minister to 100 sick people and love on them and see only one healed that to never try. The environment taught extensively by Bethel is love and respect for the person you are ministering to.

My experience since Jesus found me ( I didn't find Jesus - he wasn't lost , I was ) anyway , my experience has been one of immense perfect Love delivering me from all my fears , year by year , he lovingly & gently has corrected & dealt with much pride & self righteousness . wow ! ! it is people of unbelief that is like the yeast of the pharisees that looks good on the outside but are inwardly full of death like white chalked graves. If someone preaches that Jesus is the ressurection, way, truth and the life! And Jesus healed the sick and told his deciples to do as he did, it is you who are picking up what christ was laying down. Jesus taught nicodemus one of the most pious jews in all of israel - that he needed to be born again to enter into the kingdom of God. But you sir if you are a secasionist or a person who don't believe in the spirit still have an idole of self, and pride in your life lay it down, let your flesh die so Christ can build you up again. No-one I repeat no one enters the kingdom of God unless they surrender their pride to God, and let the holy spirit transform them. That includes being open to the supernatural and the holyspirit. Because God is spirit! Tough love to you "brother in christ", let your lips be deciples of christ and not the devil. It is true that some teachers in bethels bibleschoo bssm have different points of view and like christian mysticism, but the church in it self focus on the gospel. But you have to experience God in order to have a living relationship with God. It is God the son and the holy spirit, it is not God the son, and the holy scripture that is the trinity. Jesus came to give you life and life in abundance. Make sure that your not decieved by the same religious spirit (lying spirits that teach you to rely on religious strife, obscure and false doctrine and literature, and traditions of men , instead of subjecting themselves to the word of God (Gospel of John ch 1) which is christ) like the mormons and the Jehovah's witnesses they know scripture, yet they will not enter heaven because they have no living relationship with christ and haven't recieved the holy spirit, did not subject himself to him, didn't receive the holy spirit, wasn't baptised in his name. And didnt repent from their sin in power of the holy spirit. Another thing that combines you with the likes of the jehovas witnesses is that you judge other people and think you are better than them,

Jesus could do nothing by Himself because He cannot BE anything else except Himself --which is "One with the Father" ---existing at all times with God the Father and Holy Spirit as a Trinity. He does NOT come as a separate Person from His eternal Personage as Son. But Jesus Christ is that of the Triune Godhead that stooped to put on a body, subjecting Himself to time and space, demonstrating what it means and looks like for God to live as a man in a fallen world. (Phil. 2:6-11) Jesus performed the will of Himself (as One with the Father) - not as a separate Person merely agreeing with the Father - but as One WITH the Father. He told Phillip, "If you have seen Me, you have seen the Father." John 14:9 Therefore at all times He was doing the Father's will demonstrating His own will too as One with Himself in the Holy Trinity. John 5:30, "I can do nothing of Myself...." That's why He was without sin bc Jesus, as One with Himself in the Trinity, is HOLY- so He CANNOT sin. He is by nature HOLY - unlike plain humans that CAN and DO sin - Christians or not. Jesus Christ is that of the Godhead that took on a body, subjected Himself to time and space and became obedient to death - even death on a cross...to rescue from eternal death all that would come to Him for salvation. He was the unique GOD-MAN --it was not possible for Him to be JUST "man." - as we are. He was and is the unique 'GOD-MAN". -- stooping to lay aside His omnipresence, His omnipotence and omniscience for a time -- to demonstrate to the world what it is for God to exist as a (limited) man ----Who, while here, was willing to ,hear from the Father ONLY what He was to know (forfeiting for the time His own omniscience),, Who appeared while here, in one place at one time (forfeiting for a time His own omnipresence) and Who, while here, subjected Himself to the powers of darkness in a fallen world (forfeiting for a time His omnipotence). Those eternal possessions Jesus Christ was willing to temporarily leave behind when He came down to enter and exist in time and space, In His resurrection, He picked back up what was rightfully His as Triune God, Father/Son/Holy Spirit. One day we will be LIKE Him as I John 2:1,2 says -- we will not BE HIM - but LIKE Him, clothed with HIS righteousness - which then will become our own.. Those who say we are "LITTLE Gods" and therefore the same as the great 'I AM' are deceived, not knowing the Scriptures.

Minister to Him directly (Yeah, I guess God needs us to help Him get through His life) But moving on, something happens to our faith in the environment of His faithfulness; basically, it's just encountering the one that's faithful [Nothing But Word Salad] Here is what he has said so far: Jesus Christ is perfect theology and we come into faith by faith, our faith is a response to his faithfulness and we can minister to Him directly. Something happens to our faith in the environment of His faithfulness; It's us encountering the one that's faithful If you count his opening remarks, his jokes, and this all put together, that's about 8 minutes total. 8 minutes of saying nothing. If it took him 8 minutes to say nothing, will it take him 42 minutes to say something?

I typically and historically have made comments on other Bill Johnson/Bethel you tube teachings. Yes, my comments lean on the sarcastic side, agreed, but what you read is truly how I feel. That is not indicative of trolling. Petulant? Okay, how are my comments exhibiting child like or ill tempered actions? Like I said, they do lean on the sarcastic side, but sarcasm is the use of irony to mock or convey contempt. So, I made some comparisons which I thought were upsetting (comparing Disneyland to God and Church as an instance) he also made other comparisons which I found upsetting. If you knew anything about sarcasm, you would realize that. It's interesting you got offended that someone was just making comparisons. Hmmm... Sounds to me you are the one accusing me of something. Bill Johnson feeds the church meat not constantly giving milk but at the end of almost every message, he gives the salvation message. He teaches the mature in Christ yet calls the new believer.
