Bill Paxton, the only person in History to be killed by an Alien, a Predator, and a Terminator. Truly legendary. You are sorely missed. RIP Bill Paxton.
Truth be told he smoked some joints. I guess he swapped out the weed for beers in this retelling, but if you hear the stories from others who were on the set they all say Bill kicked back with some reefers to ride it out.
He is one of the few actors that I still think about to this day, even after his passing. If there is ever a movie on TV with him in it, I'll usually sit down to watch it, for that main reason. Good man Bill, Rest In Peace.
And so did it for many "actors" in Hollywood at the time. Hardly getting emotional about someone else, but not this time. Same thing happened with Robin Williams' passing many years ago too.
I very much appreciate Bill's ability to tell a story candidly, without the need for theatrics, or convincing displays. He is very matter of fact, and trusts that the truth itself is interesting enough. Bill Paxton, I miss you in Hollywood. Your line in Alien; "Why don't you put her in charge!?" was one of my favorite lines of all time, and I still quote it to this day! That movie is, and will probably always be, an iconic stamp io my life's timeline. Your role in the movie was so underrated, and highlighted the attributes of the other characters so well. To be such a well suited supporting actor is such an underrated position. To be humble enough to not steal scenes, yet still put on a performance that perfectly suites the characters role is such a skill. You have my standing ovation for this movie, and you're character within. I applaud you Bill.
Imagine you’re in the hospital recovering after an unexpected quadruple bypass surgery and you hear Bill Paxton died while he was in the hospital from a heart condition. Yes, he was one of the few genuinely likable actors left in Hollywood and missed.
I still can’t believe he is gone to us all. There is no such thing as a routine operation, anything can happen during a medical procedure. So sorry for bill.
I read an interview with Bill and he had some trepidations about his upcoming surgery, in which he did pass away. He felt that he may not make it out alive. Miss him, he died too soon. A fine actor.
Major props to him for going with it! Somebody snuck me a little of that stuff once and I turned into a statue for three hours. A very happy one, but a statue, nonetheless. RIP, Mr. Paxton.
I still forget all the time that Larry King Passed away 3 years ago as of this comment. He really seemed like a guy that would live forever and always look the same.
Rest in Peace to the legend Bill Paxton. Twister is still one of my favorite movies till this day. I can see how he was good friends with Jim Cameron considering they did Terminator together as well as Titanic.
@@wardenmagellan2643He was great in Near Dark to wich was directed by Kathryn Bigelow, Cameron’s wife at the time. I actually think Cameron stole a bunch of stuff from Near Dark for T2.
The movie he starred in and directed called Frailty is a masterpiece. I highly recommend it to any fan of suspense. Bill was so awesome miss that dude.
Hard to believe he is gone. He looks so healthy there he was one of my Favs I really like that man and his acting ability He always came across a good dude RIP Bill
Yes he was a great actor gone to soon Rip Bill MrPaxton so sad 😞 😭 miss him still very much Game Over Man Titanic and also Weird Science 🧪 and Terminator I think this guy in case of a 6 Pack
It’s amazing to think that almost all of my favorite movies from Apollo 13 to the terminator and aliens. Bill was in all of them. Almost all of my favorite movies has bill paxton. I used to watch twister and Apollo 13 every day as a kid
This absolutely explains some of the insane deleted scenes and alternate ending and why they suddenly had the revelation of how bad they were and removed them. They sobered up and said "wow wtf were we on drugs when we thought this up?".
Great actor met him once very kind considerate man. It's too bad you don't show us movies on TV. Whenever I catch when I watch it that's for sure. Rest in peace mr. Paxton. 🙏🙏🙏
Can't say I personally would categorize Hudson as a coward he has cowardly tendencies but in the end he always stepped up, he saved the kid and went down fighting tooth and nail.
@@taylorbennion3706 no that’s not what I said, I said the Actor Bill Paxton can play both roles. In Twister or better in Live Die Repeat (Tom Cruise movie) he plays very heroic characters. In True Lies he plays an utter slimeball coward. A very gifted actor.
I sure miss Bill Paxton. Not only was he a wonderful actor, but a fine human being and a very very good and solid husband. I still loved his roles in the movie franchise alien. So so sad.
Bill P was a guy that has that (almost undefinable) characteristic of ‘likability’ in spades! Definitely missed by many and loved in his many screen appearances.
Damn. He was a great actor. To represent an intelligent rational thinking everyman. A reasonable Middle-class American. I miss his presence displayed in "Hollywood" movies and TV series from Terminator, Aliens, True Lies, Tombstone, Big Love, Titanic, Frailty, Apollo 13 and Twister, etc. He is already missed. By me. As a matter of fact, his presence as an American "Everyman" character. Has left an obvious vacuum for similar characters in 21st Century movies. I see him as the best of American actors that are almost a similar age to me. He was 3 ½ years older than me. Given the fact that I am facing the need for a similar double cardiac valve surgery. His death has caused me to truly confront my own mortality.
Great, great actor. I remember the first time I saw him was in "Weird Science", and I thought he pretty much stole the show. Everything else I saw him in was absolutely great. He went way before he should have...
We genuinely were absolutely devastated when Bill Paxton died. We were finishing Big Love at the time too. We still feel so sad about it. Poor Bill what a tragedy.
Bill was in so many fun films to watch, I enjoyed his redneck character in the movie, The Last Supper. Fun fact, Bill directed the music video Fish Heads, years before becoming famous, in 1980. Anybody that was around at that time can remember what a weird video that was! It got played on Saturday Night Live at the time.
That is crazy. Poor folks got roofied… 🥴🤥. Cameron, Paxton and others were crazy brave to venture down to the Titanic multiple times. It’s dark an eerie ..😳
