A former member of the President's Council on Physical Fitness, Bill Wallace, has also been active in the film industry. His credit's include: A Force of One with Chuck Norris; Kill Point, with Cameron Mitchell; Continental Divide and Neighbors with John Belushi; The Protector with Jackie Chan; A Prayer for the Dying with Mickey Rourke; Ninja Turf; and A Sword of Heaven, among others. I'm sure these guys have never been worked so hard. And this is a watered down version of what Bill used to go through preparing for his kickboxing matches back in the day. People who aren't into full-contact mostly don't have an idea how much harder the training is. They should have incorporated these exercises in their training. Funny thing is most of these kids and adults aren't strong enough to do the "leg up, kick out and hold for 10s" exercise. Their core has to be strong as does their legs. Really this is for black belts. Fit black belts that is. As we've all seen overweight black belts who just knew the testing materials. And squeaked by on the physical part of the testing. Some schools anding out belts too easily..for business reasons. $$$$$$ :)

The only flaws he has is that he only teaches his method and the wrong method of stretching for martial arts, degree or not.

I follow the the proper martial arts routines/method taught by Tom Kurz. 99.5% of martial artists follow gymnast routines which are static, not dynamic, and take a long time for most to obtain flexibility (for ballet and gymnastics).

Whoopie. Undefeated has little to do with proper, efficient, and highly effective stretching, What I stated about his, and 99.5 of martial artists, methods are not the correct one for martial arts.

I don't give a shit, What I said still stands 100%. He was a champ but is, also, a champ that cannot truly teach (and knows not how to stretch properly).

Proper exercise knowledge is never arrogance and Wallace lacks the knowledge. If I saw this kind, or that of Jean Frenette (in his videos), of teaching to my kids or overall, I would walk out as I would doubt his safety knowledge. A champion, typically, makes the worst teacher you can get. He may have been good in the ring but he is not a great teacher nor is his exercise information any good. A great teacher will teach many methods and not just his own.Tom Kurz gives proper stretching for many sports but is primarily martial arts (Wallace teaches gymnast stretching).

Stretch your legs all that but in the end you still grow old and die so why spend all that time for absolutely nothing.? I don’t get it
