Mr Wallace I have a question ❓. I saw your total body conditioning video. but i noticed that you don't do squats or lunges. Is it detrimental for kicking?
Those exercises are great for developing strength BUT they also increase the mass of your legs and that was something that would decrease my speed. Keep in mind that your leg is almost a third of your total weight and so I prefer to keep mine light and quick. Great question!
Anyone have an idea if Bill trained with Bruce Lee? I use some stuff I learned from videos from Bill Wallace first, then Scott Adkins, Alain Moussi, and GNT.
@@officialbillsuperfootwalla1818 God bless you sir! I heard about y’all training... Joe Lewis, Chuck Norris, Bob Wall, Mike Stone, and of course you sir Bill Wallace. Thank you for clarifying that for me. It’s great to hear the truth especially coming from the man himself. They say Bruce never fought but Joe Lewis called Bruce Lee the greatest, JinKelly said Bruce was “unbelievable”, and Bruce is seen KOing Skipper Mullins
The lateral splits are the most important for side kicks, round kicks and hook kicks - my favorite kicks. The front splits are for your hamstrings and are used more for front kicks, axe kicks, etc. So, they are important for those kicks but again with my system I do not use them. Great question!
