The actor who played Death, William Sadler, looked like he had such a good time in the role. His career really took off not too long after the 1991 movie was released.

same when the 1st one came out i was renting it all the time then my parents bought me my own copy and well i wore that out too. we didn't have much money so me getting my own copy was a big deal.

I saw this in the theater. I couldn’t remember if they stopped smoking in theaters by this time? So long ago. I’m 51 now. 😊

I saw it in 1988. In NYC. I was in the Navy and stationed at the Navy Motion Picture Service in Brooklyn. We sent movies to the fleet on Beta tape format. I got to go with the commander to see a movie, as she chose which movies to send out. I had won Sailor of the Quarter so one of my rewards was to go to a screening with her. The movie turned out to be this one! So it will always have a special meaning for me! 😅
