No. 😢. But watched so many livestreams. But I love that she is giving folklore and evermore their due. Also her clothes, every era but Rep has had variations in her attire. But both the folklore and evermore sets are fantastic. Also starting with Lover has been perfect because the sunset sky is a gorgeous backdrop to the color scheme she has going during the Lover era.
I went night 2 in Detroit and it was amazing. I’ve been watching my videos and looking at pictures everyday since. Being apart of a crowd like that was something else. My favorite parts were 1. The opening with Cruel Summer 2. The entire Fearless set felt crazy nostalgic 3. Marjorie and Champagne Problems was so emotional 4. Don’t Blame Me/ Look What You Made Me Do transition was awesome. I’m not a big LWYMMD fan, but it was a favorite live. 5. Enchanted was beautiful 6. All Too Well was an experience! 7. August/Illicit Affairs bridge was phenomenal. The performance during the bridge was amazing. 8. The fire during Bad Blood was really cool. 9. Vigilante Shit was….🔥 10. The anticipation of the surprise songs was also super fun.
I went to night 2 in Las Vegas and it was absolutely incredible. The collective energy of the crowd was so palpable. You really feel like you aren’t on earth for the 3+ hours she’s got you under her spell. And the post show amnesia is real! It’s hard to remember it clearly but I can still recognize the feeling. Best show I’ve ever seen. Trying to get tickets for Paris now!
This is such a good description of how it felt! I went to night 2 in Pittsburgh and the energy was unmatched. The lighting was brilliant. The fire. You can feel it in your entire body. Totally under her spell. What a show! My favorite parts were easily Reputation and 1898 because the nature of those albums just brought about more energy. That being said, I was entranced during the entire show. Hoping to get tickets for UK!
I can’t afford to go to the show but I’ve watched every single Era’s show on live stream. Something she is doing to make every show unique is what she calls her surprise songs. There are 2 songs every night that she plays acoustics. She can pull from any era and she can pull in a feature like Aaron Dessner. It’s really exciting the moment the crowd realizes what she is playing and everyone is just screaming along with them. Also look up the rain shows on this tour. They were incredible to see.
You HAVE to go!!! It’s mind blowing. Taylor is perfection and she has so much stamina and enthusiasm. I have the amnesia but her entry is to die for insane, august into illicit affairs is like nothing I’ve seen. She’s an actress. Reputation put me into an hypnotic state. 1989 (and the entire show) EVERYONE was singing and it was like going to church - in a way I’ve never experienced. Tolerate it was an actual theater piece. The surprise songs were unbelievable and SO exciting and well done. Enchanted and all too well we’re transformative. I attended her Reputation tour (and that was in large part the reason I’m a swiftie but OMG this was on other levels. It’s truly kind blowing. You have to go!!!
I was at ATL night 2 and agree. I also think experiencing the magic at Mercedes Benz stadium took it to the next level. We were on the floor and intensely felt the heat from the fireworks and pyrotechnics. I loved being seated just yards from her backup singers and band on the far side of the stage, far from view for most. It gave me a glimpse into how many others are involved, and how the performers and crew all gave 150%. She clearly only selects the best of the best to accompany her on tour. Make no mistake, she’s the star, but this is absolutely a team effort. Overall, I imagine this was a more intimate venue experience vs an outdoor stadium, but can’t say for sure. Mind blowing and iconic overall!!!
I did get to see the Eras Tour at Gillette in Foxborough and it was amazing. It's hard to pick a favorite part or even just a few. I will say the crowd gets incredibly loud and hyped for the reputation set. That whole era is incredible but the Don't Blame Me to Look What You Made Me Do transition is a standout. The surprise songs are of course always a lot of fun to look forward to. The Fearless set is special just because of the nostalgia that comes with that set. The 1989 and Red sets are really high energy and fun. The Lover set during sunset is pretty spectacular. There are a few bridges that are amazing to hear live and the crowd loves to scream/sing them (Cruel Summer, Champagne Problems, All Too Well). The Tolerate It and The Last Great American Dynasty performances are really theatrical in a fun and creative way. The way the crowd lights up to honor Taylor's grandmother during Marjorie is beautiful. And there's a note change that she does on The 1 that I adore. Her performance of Vigilante Shit has become deservedly iconic and I also really loved Midnight Rain. There's just so much to love about the whole show.
I went opening night! Honestly think I went into shock once the evermore era started (third act) like honestly I understand how ppl are saying they don’t remember much and kind of blacked out. I don’t know how to explain it! Going into it blind was crazy! My favorite segments were evermore, rep and folklore - which are my three favorite albums too ❤
Have not been to a show... yet, but I've watched livestreams every weekend since the beginning. It's a great way to spend 3 1/2 hours watching other people enjoy her music! And I'll say, the Reputation Era, the way she starts it with Ready For It is always the crowd favorite!
Yes! I agree with @ninastays..”Don’t Blame” transitioning right into “ Look What You Made Me Do” very cool! We went to the Eras Sofi stadium night Los Ángeles 3 8/5. They were filming for the concert that night, but also Camera crew were going all around all levels of the stadium inviting fans to jump in and say something for the “ documentary” That night, right before the song “Lover” Taylor was connecting with the crowd and telling us our energy level was a 13/10. Swifties picked up the clue that some thing big was going to happen on. 10/13. Which endedup being the concert film release date. I think something to watch also is a performance that will give you chills. Marjorie in the evermore era set…the song is about her grandma who was as an opera singer. Towards the end of the song she used her grandmother‘s voice. It kind of sounds like an instrument, but it is really cool if you get a chance to watch that.
I was at the Pittsburgh show on Friday 6/16 and it was INCREDIBLE. The energy of the crowd, her vocals and the choreography, the pyro - everything was just mesmerizing. I need to see it again!
Your reactions to taylor are awesome! I went to the 1st Atlanta show, and it was incredible! I had front row seats, so it made the experience more elevated. I had the time of my life, the 3 or so hours flew by, and I was starstruck the entirety of the show. It was a spectacle of a lifetime!
@taylortuesdays13 Yes! I got super lucky and I was saving for her concert for a few months. It was worth every penny, and my videos of the concert are gold! Keep up the great reactions, and you have a fan here 😀
I went to Arlington night 1 and the outfits were all so beautiful and gorgeous. I sat in section C234 and I had a good view considering how big the stadium was, I got there around 7:00 so I only saw the second opener. I was just waiting for Taylor tho cus this was my first Taylor swift concert and my first female American artist and it was my favorite concert out of all of the ones I’ve been too. My favorite moment was probably the opening because it’s as such a magical moment and my screams have never been louder😅. That was my experience of the eras tour, thank you if you read it😁
I was able to see her the first night she was in Arlington, Texas. It was absolutely amazing. I was upper most level, front row, directly across from the stage. The visuals were stunning. I don't know if I can pick a favorite moment but I was stunned at how much effort went into the visual experience. From the costumes and choreography, to the huge main screen behind the stage, to the stage itself also being a screen with rising platforms that are also screens, to the audience bracelets that not only lit up in specific colors but in shapes and patterns - hearts, rainbows, snakes. Also, I think the intro to this song/era is the longest she is off stage for the entire 3(ish) hour show; she puts on a SHOW.
i went to the 5/27 show at East Rutherford. as a Rep stan, i almost lost my mind during this set. my pulse was racing during Ready For It? the BASS in person was insane. hearing Dont Blame Me (my fav Taylor song), I had to grab my husbands arm so i wouldn't fall down. the transition from that to Look What You Made Me Do....i CHOKED on my water.
I could afford tickets but I’ve been watching the Eras concert movie tonight on Disney+, and I’ve cried (hard) like 4x and I’m only halfway through. I couldn’t imagine the energy being at a show in person
I had the oportunity to be in row 10, it was the best moment of my life, there are song that hits different in live, I loved when she sang august and the the bridge of illicit affairs, I also loved fearless because was one of the first country songs that I heard of her and I could avoid the tears, the bridge of cruel summer was amazing also and Tolerate it and all to well were quite epic.
I went and it was amazing it was my very first concert ever and I remember most of the show but the main parts of it was the opening and the rep segment of the show I screamed so loud into my friends ear I still feel bad for her I was in the nosebleeds obstructed view but it was still amazing and an experience that I will never forget I went to Nashville night 2 also the other best part of the show was when she preformed OOTW and Fifteen as the surprise songs so amazing to see her live I also cried 2 times during her performance which was Marjorie and Fifteen and then cried the first time which would make it 3 times total during Gayle who was one of the openers for my show she was talking about how she was at nissian at the rep tour in the stands and now she opening for Taylor idk why I cried but I did
Night 2 in Tampa. I am embarrassed that I cried when she brought out Aaron Dessner for The Great War. First night seeing these two together was magic. But I absolutely loved her Folklore era set! I recorded more of 1989. Absolutely everything was what I could hope for, given her discography. Wish she did more off Debut & Speak Now… But I think the international dates next year will get some of them.
