People don't talk about this, but the transition between Bittersuite and Blue is transcendental, I LOVE THOSE SYNTHESIZERS THEY ARE HEAVEN

blue is actually a rerecorded version of an unreleased song of hers called true blue, probably the most popular unrealeased song, and for ages fans have wanted her to release it and its finally hereee. when i tell you i was SHOCKED that she released it!!

Her best album which is pretty great considering her other projects are awesome as well. Production sounds so fresh.

I honestly can’t say which one’s my favourite yet. Because it feels like one big song, and the songs have different sections, so I have moments and details that are my favourites.

Billie Eilish ALWAYS left me speechless (like Beyoncé), she's unique. I can speak for a decade about this album and how big it deserve to be. There's no filler, no skips, every single song can be a single and be so rich of creativity. She's an ARTIST WITH AN A.

The production is so cinematic. It's like The Umbrellas of Cherbourg meets Blue Monday, which is a combination I never knew I needed.

I decided that I was gonna go out on a walk in the middle of the night while listening to this album, and let me tell you that that was the perfect way to listen to this album for the first time for me, it was almost euphoric in a way that I can’t even describe. And the thing is that I thought that I wouldn’t like this album as much as When we all fall asleep, where do we go? and Happier than ever, but that was the biggest no. I absolutely love this album.

She really went for an indie/electronic sound on this album. More so, than on previous albums. Her previous albums definitely sounded more poppy to me. I really prefer the more indie sound. Skinny is the first time I've heard the AURORA influence come out in her music. Obviously Birds of a Feather is a 90's pop ballad, but still fun. Wildflowers reminds me of old Sia in a way. Honestly, I don't think Billie's music should be categorized as pop music. It's much too experimental and intelligent, and the only writers are Billie and Phineas. The Diner sounds like it could have been written by The Gorillaz.

i fucking love this album and your reaction was tight. just a couple points i felt moved to remark on: finneas has said a few times that he wants billie's vocals to be the focus. younger billie had a very soft voice so that meant kinda keeping a void in the frequencies of his production to give her a hole to fill. her voice has become much more full (chest voice or whatever, i'm not a singer) so he now gets to fill in some of the parts he previously left out. and then i just want to share that the song "blue" is a very old song of theirs. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZtasR0yPHYQ.html i think you might enjoy 14 yr old billie performing this one before she became "billie eilish" and was still touring with a live band. cheers!

i don't know if you've found out (probably have) but The Diner is about when she had a stalker, and they broke into her parents' house and a friend suggested that she wrote about it and then later also suggested that billie should write it in the perspective of the stalker.
