Billie Eilish Perfume Review | Is "Eilish" now the best celebrity perfume?? 

Sooo I'm taking another look at the official billieeilishfragrances website, and under the main description of the perfume, it lists the notes I mentioned in the video, but when you scroll down they add a couple other notes 🙄lol. So the additional notes are amber, mandarin, and red berries. Fragrantica mentions rose and tonka bean but I don't see that listed anywhere on her site.

Billie knocked out all other celeb fragrances with this one! Who cares if it’s challenging for some to hold because the bottle is so beautiful to look at 24/7 vs. spraying for a few seconds. I like this scent also cause it last long too! For the price it’s a steal.

I wore this today, & the scent lasted all day!! It gives off a warm cosy vibe, perfect for the thundering stormy weather today.

Smoky vanilla, powdery cacao, spiced tonka bean heavenly goodness! Totally fits her new aesthetic. I think of the song “Goldwing” with the angelic vanilla and the golden goddess vibes of the bottle! Also “Billie Bossa Nova” starts playing in my mind as well as like a sensual bedroom scent, love love! Or even the vintage nostalgia of “Happier than Ever” with its smell of old library books, I can go on and on haha!

When I read the notes, I thought it would smell like Black Opium or Prada Candy. It seems like most teenagers like those types of scents, which would align with Billie's fan base. It's nice that she tried to make it unisex, but that sweet vanilla smell sounds pretty feminine.

I honestly get chocolate milk with vanilla and a little berries but I so absolutely love it!

Her descriptions are so spot-on!! She described it as a candle for example (kind of when negative connotations) but I TOTALLY WANT TO SMELL LIKE AN AMAZING CANDLE!! it's vanilla/praline sugar cookie, with a touch of Christmas mint ❤❤

This and Cloud perfume are honestly my hands down favorite perfumes ever. 😍

I got this during the first launch and think that your review is spot on! Was hoping for a bit more depth and lasting power but sadly it’s just not there. It’s not bad at all, just a more simple and basic fragrance that I do agree that younger people will enjoy for every day use since it’s not overpowering at all.

I LOVE this perfume. I haven't worn perfume IN AGES because 99% of smells especially ones with vanilla smell basic and plain on my skin. Or if I get floral it turns into that old lady or so sometimes the fruiter ones smell like old school cheap Victoria secret on me. Not this one! I get a TON spices on my skin. It's very complex and I can smell most of the notes on my skin. Then it finally wears down to vanilla and cocoa powder. I love it so much. I also had good luck Arianna's REM. I tried both Billie and Arianna's perfumes on the same day. Just bought the travel roller balls for both. They actually smell VERY good when I combine both on my skin. Another plus is that Billie's perfume doesn't give me headaches that MOST perfumes do. I tried them all. Most perfumes always have that same basic smell. I got frustrated and stop wearing perfume. I am so glad I gave Billie's a try (and Arianna's too)

Totally agree with your description!! Was kinda disappointed that it only smelled like vanilla for someone who is super creative and unique.....and I got a bunch of them during the launch.... 🤔

Great review. I love the basic vanilla smell of it. It's an easy daily usage perfume that is non offensive to other coworkers. Will I use the bottle up, yes because I can easily blend it with my other fragrances. Will I buy another one, probably not, but I feel the same about baccarat 540.

This smells so much more complex to me but. I do smell the woody notes and I prefer perfumes that are warm and sweet. Very much enjoying it

This fragrance struck me as a grown up version of warm vanilla sugar by BBW. I wanted more out of it for the price point. It was nice, but I think you can get the same vibe from a scent that is heavy with vanilla by layering it with something more earthy. This wasn't a knockout for me, and I feel like the pricepoint is more justified by the packaging than the fragrance itself. It's a good scent, but it isn't unique.

This is the most accurate description I’ve seen so far. I have to overspray as well. I actually wear it to bed since it’s like a simple, warm hug.

I smelled a sample and I looooooove it. I don't really wear perfume so I won't be purchasing it. But at the same time I really want it lmao! I'm a huuuuuge Billie fan and would get it just because it's Billie haha! The scent reminds me almost like cotton candy.

I know this is an older video but I wanna add my 2 cents! I just came across this at Shoppers in Canada so was super excited. I sprayed the tester and thought oh wow this is unique and different. It opened with an almost medicinal smell- think eucalyptus and a bit of smoky or woody notes with a sweet background. That faded and then the red berries came in with the vanilla and I totally get that plasticy doll head/artificially sweet vibe. But I don't hate it. The lady gave me a sample to take home and with my sample I don't get any of the medicinal spicy notes I did in the store tester, and my sample wasn't as strong smelling either. So this confirms for me that for some reason perfumes can vary in scent and performance from bottle to bottle. Because it's cheap I may pick it up for wearing to bed, definitely geared towards younger folk I think. If the spicy notes stayed longer, it would be more interesting.

I'm new to the perfume world and I just bought this perfume after sampling it in an Ulta sampler kit. To me, it smells woodier and like somewhat muted but spicy/smoky vanilla- it actually reminds me of a younger/ girlier version of Replica's By the Fireplace. I haven't seen many people make this comparison so I would love to hear your thoughts!

I'm glad you just gave a like because that perfume's for young women. They resonate with those notes more than you would.

I think it’s so strong! I can only do two sprays and I smell myself all day long, and it lasts for days on my clothes. I definitely get more of the warm chocolatey scent on my skin and more of the berries on my clothing.

I bought the travel size because I didn’t like the awkward bottle, which I tried in the store. It smells like mint chocolate ice cream to me at first and then it smells like vanilla. It doesn’t last all day. You have to respray it. I think it’s pleasant.

Definitely a prominent vanilla but I disagree with the chocolate assessment. I’ve been wearing it and I’ve been asked where the chocolate smell is coming from 😂

The initial blast reminds me of liquorice, probably because of the spices. It’s the most distinctive fragrance I’ve ever come across, so it’s not a “safe” perfume cause there’s so much personality to it. The top notes smell like old lipsticks and the dry down screams edgy chic. Really complex for a celebrity fragrance, think Aura by Mugler but less green, more gourmand spice. 😊

I just grabbed the 100ml bottle at Ulta a few minutes ago and I really love it. However I am unlikely to wear it on its own. While testing out scents at their perfume bar I came across the clinique my happy line's Cookies and Kisses scent and I find that these to perfumes layer amazingly making something better than either on their own. Cookies and Kisses notes: Top: pink pepper, baked apple accord, bergamot Middle: chestnut, fir balsam, pimento berry Bottom: Guaiac wood, Peru balsam, ambroxan, sandalwood

Just blind bought this and picked up from Ulta and I love it! Perfect gourmand spicy perfume for NYC Fall and winter season! Will definitely keep the artistic bottle as a desk paperweight! 😍❤️🛍️✨🍂🍁

omg this is the first time ive heard someone say it smells like a dolls head 😂 that was my first thought when i smelled this perfume and im so glad im not the only one who thinks it! i like it though it reminds me of childhood

Nothing wrong with vanilla but i don’t think it really fits Billie’s vibe. I would have guessed something a little edgy, maybe metallic and sharp. And the bottle is so confusing for her type of look. I feel like it’s just all so random

Those basic niche bottles with so little character & scents that cost $300 that don’t even last long at all lol somebody have 2 be creative with their bottle presentation, thanks Billie 👏🏽

I don’t think it’s simple at all.. it’s more of a complex vanilla.. I have expensive perfumes that don’t smell like this.. I love it

When I sprayed this in store for the first time I disliked it. Today I went to Ulta sprayed it on my skin, and smelled it like 10 or so minutes later and it smelled like suntan lotion to me which actually is a huge plus because I love that smell and for some reason the fragrances that are marketed as smelling like suntan lotion smell really bad on my skin. Idk if it’s the coconut or what. Anyway, I want to give it another try to make sure it wasn’t a fluke, and if not I’ll probably be picking this one up. I really like it!

It last wayyyy longer than vanilla 28, I’m impressed actually and the bottle is beautiful

when i spray it on my skin, i first smell vanilla & sugar but then also spices. like kind of eucalyptus, but that goes away in like 10 minutes. anyone who has had that?

I get creamy vanilla when I wear it. It last about 5 hours. Def have to respray. Overall this is my fav vanilla and daily perfume

When you said 10 sprays I almost fell off my chair. Am I the only one who only uses maximum 2 sprays with any perfume. Mostly just 1 or even a half spray.

The only somewhat daring celebrity fragrance I can recall is Kate Walsh's Boyfriend. It's lovely, balmy, and resinous. It's still around, but I think it's been reformulated and I don't know how it compares to the original. It's a women's fragrance, but it was marketed as the scent of your boyfriend's cologne mixed with your perfume that's left on your clothing after a sexy encounter (because like, of course the mainstream market can't just sell a woodsy, balsamic fragrance to women without the pretense). I don't think it ended up doing that well. Ultimately, celebrity fragrances end up being mass appealing, mediocre cash grabs. They could do it right and attach their name to something unique if they wanted to, but it's clear they're not doing this for the love of fragrance.

Is the 3.4 fl oz a big or small bottle bc I just bought one but it kinda looks like the same size as all the other sizes I’ve seen so far?

I was expecting something like alien 👽 or something more....billie? It's nice but I won't repurchase. It's kinda bath and body esque. ...

Am I right to say it’s a very faint smell ? One you can’t really smell that well and the longer you wear it the smell changes

I find these asymmetrical caps are a pain to place on and also when yanking off because the weight distribution is not equal. Lazy people like me like the option of putting the lid back on without having to check first to see whether the orientation is correct. I want the option of putting the head of the statue on back to front if I so wish, gosh darn it!

Very helpful review. Thank you! I'm looking for a very basic vanilla scent without anything but vanilla. What would you recommend to me? I've tried Warm vanilla Sugar but don't want sandalwood or musk. I've tried Pink Sugar, but on me the vanilla note doesn't come out until hours later and is covered with other notes that I don't want. I've tried Philosophy Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere and that's nice but also musky, which I don't want. Is there even such thing as JUST VANILLA? Because that's what I want. I even tried vanilla pure essential oil in jojoba oil but I can't smell anything with that. I love sweet scents, so if your recommendation happens to be a sugared vanilla, that's good too, but no musk, spice, sandalwood, fruit or other things that I'm forgetting, in it. I thought maybe you would know since you like vanilla fragrances. I'm still looking for my plain vanilla scent. Suggestions, anyone? Edited: i forgot to mention that I have Vanilla Bean Noel and Solinotes Vanille and like them both, but I'm still searching for my favorite plain Vanilla scent.

The reason I fell soo hard for this perfume is the chocolate note...that with the soft musk , amber notes and definitely vanilla...i cant get enough...and Im 62 ❤ I do wish it had just a bit more spillage. To me it is a soft scent so I can be around my friends that are sensitive to smells ... I think its a sexy scent...sensual. i cant get enough. ❤

I don't like the bottle at all. It's been compared to Outremer Vanilla (amongst a few other vanillas) which I have a big bottle of so I doubt I need this. It actually sounds like a Victoria's Secret type of fragrance or Prada Candy Night(?). PCN bored me and I gave it away

Not for everyone - only for the sweets ladies'. But it smell real - not to strong and the most - you not get headeke from it. Not at all. Who not like sweets notes - then it is not for them.

I hated the smells. They’re very typical scents from a celebrity artist. Every artist first perfume always smells of vanilla. The second one is so bad. I can’t put my finger on why it just does.

This is one of the ugliest perfume bottles I have ever seen next to the Nicki Minaj bottles. Lol. Nice for an art sculpture exhibit but for a perfume bottle, not my personal taste.
