I don't disagree with you but there are reasons. For example her critical umbrella comments on the hip-hop industry which you can easily look into. I usually find these "surprising my fan" videos cringy, but Marissa is such a sweetheart. She's going through a lot, but found the power to keep going, and not only that, but inspire others as well. The greatest moment of the interview was when Billie was already seat next to her, but instead of breaking down, or fangirling out, she said her message beutifully, reaching out to others going through a tough time, and feeling alone. Great girl, great interview.

Billie Eilish is so empathetic and you can really tell she is because when Marissa was talking about how her life is really hard and that she just wants to give up sometimes, Billie was on the verge of crying because she kinda went through what Marissa is going through with fame and growing up fast and not being able to be a teen her whole life. Even I cried when I saw Billie about to cry 😢

I'm disabled and my husband is really ill after having a heart attack last year. Our children aged 16 and 18 have been referred to Barnardo's 'young carers' - they offer days out and team building courses. I don't think there's a government funded bureau for young carers. They can't even claim the £60 a week carer's allowance as they're in full time education

You can honestly see how Billie cares about her fans she's only 18 and some would think Billie is too famous to really notice or take the time out of the life to meet fans but marrisa aswell she's going through so much and Billie's probably made her so much happier she's a real life changer in an amazing way💕 I can't believe a 16 year old is having to deal with all this but she's still doing it it's amazing she's inspiring just like Billie 🥺💓

I love how marissa talks amazing things about billie when she doesn't even know that billie is there. She is so sweet and pure. Most of the other videos I've seen where billie surprises fans where the fans talk so cool things with the same sap story is fake and their fake tears and their fake sad story of how billie helped them with depression when they are like 12.i always think they already know she is there so they say that. But Marissa didn't know and still is so sweet about her just loyal and I loved her.
