As a person who listens to BOTH Billie and Melanie, they are both amazing, equally. They are similar in the dark, twisted department but they are very different in the sound. Also, both singers’ songs are very deep and very real. While Billie uses dark things to make dark metaphors, Melanie uses school and childhood as a metaphor. All I’m saying is, they are both equally amazing but you still shouldn’t compare the two because they have different sound to their songs and overall aesthetic.
