@@5ive20wentyIf we purchase exclusive licenses for any of your beats, do we get to be the only ones to use it, like either you take down the video or write sold, another question will we be able to register the beat under copyright/content id/licensing if we purchase an exclusive license?
@@5ive20wenty oh i’m guessing if we (people getting an exclusive license for a beat) were to get an exclusive license no one can use the beat unless someone got a license (that’s not exclusive) before us, but then anyone after cant use it? I was just wondering if we got an exclusive license for one of the songs if we were able to register the beat under copyright/content id/licensing like BMI (if you know what those are) so we could own the rights to the beat or would we have to pay for more then a exclusive license to be able to do that?
@MelTayNickiana @MelTayNickiana I believe anyone one of us can register it, you would just be the only artists be able to use it. If they already have a lease before I believe they can still use it. I think the song you make would be copyrighted. Not the beat.
