All the spiders where real and she even had one as a pet. Her pet turanchula was bright blue but he died last year.

Have you seen her recent interview I think she did it like four or five months ago where they mentioned her saying that she’s a king and she said yeah I think I’m gonna change that I am a queen because you can’t have a king without a queen because all the queens on the earth are the ones that give birth to the kings and then she goes on this really big rant that is absolutely hilarious about how women are the only reason that the earth is even populated and continuing to grow

Haha they are definitely real. She has some behind the scenes for this as well. She actually had a “spider trainer” on set 😂 I don’t think there is any specific meaning with the spiders except to look bad ass and make you uncomfortable. She does as many of the effects and stunts on her videos as she can. She likes making herself uncomfortable and pushing the limits with her visuals. She says he visuals are just as important as her songs

From what I recall Billie and Finneas were big fans of Sherlock Holmes and there is a line in there from the most famous villan Moriarty "Honey you should see me in a Crown". That is where they got the title to the song.

The spiders represent female empowerment. All male spiders are smaller than the female of the species. Also Billie did use real spiders, she has pet tarantulas at home. You will find either real spiders or metaphorical spiders in her videos or on her person in the form of jewelry

Hello new Billie Friends!!! You dont even know what you've stepped into with Ms. Billie. This song, in particular, goes hand in hand with 2 other songs. Her first one, Ocean Eyes and Everything I wanted. Ocean eyes, her first song at 13, was just an innocent song she recorded for her dance class and when it got uploaded to sound cloud, it took off after about a week or so. You should see me in a crown says, if you like my innocence and and fell for my "ocean eyes" wait till you see what happens when I take over (see me in a crown) Then with Everything I wanted, she got everything she wanted, but it wasnt without major setbacks and depression. Ms Billie is an amazing artist. The person you see her with all the time is her brother, Finneas. They, together, created her album "When we all fall asleep, where do we go" from a small bedroom in their home in CA. I truly hope you do listen to all her music, it's worth it. My favorite songs are: Bellyache and My strange Addiction. Good luck on your journey with her. Peace

Idk if anyone else has addressed this but in an interview with James Cordon, on carpool karaoke, she took him into her home were she later introduced him to her pet tarantula. She loves spiders and is completely comfortable with them. If you look closely during the second verse, she has tarantulas on her but there is also one in her hair. plus, when the tarantula come out of her mouth, it moves her lip. There is an EXTREMELY good chance that all of those spiders are very much real.

Yeah man. It's real, all the spiders. This girl even posted back on the days on her stories the spider coming out of her mouth and posted it with the phrase: STILL THINK IT'S FAKE?
