This looks like a great solution to the problem of too hot or too cold but what about the spring and autumn when the heat coming in is just right to make the conservatory comfortable. I was thinking if your insulation material was something other than Rockwool, possibly something like SuperQuilt, it would be possible to circulate trapped heat in the roof space back into the room using a recirculation fan.
We do actually use superquilt under the regular rockwool. It's a double insulated ceiling. You may be on to something with recirculated air, but our solution is simply about providing the maximum possible insulation rather than trying to use the heat created above the insulated ceiling for recirculation. I suspect that when there is heat above the ceiling, the conservatory is warm enough. When the sun goes down and the conservatory requires some heat, there is none to harvest.
