My hobby is interior design. When I think of Hermès I think of dark woods/equestrian / deep rich colors, chic, sophisticated. This looked like Austin Powers decorated this place 💀

People who give up in life are people who lose in life, my first experience happens to be a failure but I never gave up cause I knew it was going to work out for me trying continuously, fortunately I'm smiling today by getting involved in investment.

This place looks like an old grandma home in the hood NOT a luxury home in the most iconic building of Dubai! Sorry ....

When luxury brand logo being overly displayed like that instead giving an expensive end looks it's scream cheap 😶

The design and furniture setup of the first apartment is awful , imagine in such a tower like this the design would be like this, killing all the space with every furniture they have found in the store in any color they have available in the furniture stores!!! the color of the wood cabinets in living room reminds me of 50 years old mansion in london , but the 2nd apartment really improved in some aspects and the 3rd one is the best among them. Anyway thanks for the tour mr farooq. Also the accent of the designer guy needs to be subtitled, its really hard to understand.

I am a designer too, l always put in controversial items, it makes people talk. You see, that what I want. I really love this guy. He knows what his doing. Too much will always put wow in every expect I believe. Rawness and refinement are not opposite ends of luxurious spectrum. They are two complementary features with which to populate a luxe enviroment.

This designer has made Hermes look very cheap!.It might be Hermes but he did not dwisgn for the space ,the layout and also the small area. Why use shaggy furniture in a hot place such as this? The space is very small and needed smaller furniture so that it feels more open and spacious

The owner has never lived there because the "interior design" is basically horrible or non existent. My 10 yo brother could ve done a tastier, more elegant job.

Both Hermes and Vuitton are brands rooted in the ethos of superior quality and elegance. Hermes is very much about understated design. Hermes Scarves are beautiful and highly collectable, but to see them cheaply framed and in a space filled with low quality, poorly made furniture, cheap fabrics and truly dreadful color combinations makes them look sad and uninteresting. The little fake Vuitton trunks everywhere in the other apartment...why? When you have this much money, why not buy real vintage LV trunks and incorporate them into the design? It's not unusual to see a vintage trunk used as coffee table with glass on it, or as a side table. The LV emblem on the wall and those objects in pedestals underneath is confusing and simply makes no sense. All of the accessories look like mass produced disposable junk which again bring down the richness of the scarves. Let's talk about the drapes in the first apartment. Did they run out of fabric? There isn't enough side panel fabric for the drapes to fully close. The bottom hem is awful and the top pleats are sloppy. If they really are Thai silk, why would you not line them so the sun does not destroy them, so they have some volume and hang nicely? Again, the poor execution makes them look cheap. Combined with all the low quality finishes, lack of attention to detail and garish color combinations, you get a space looks like the closeout section of a discount furniture store. And that fake fireplace....I don't understand. It's something you would get at Home Depot that would break after one use. It's totally pointless. As a designer, it's sad to see this. It's embarrassing and devoid of taste.

These 2 apartments are quite different and unique from the elegant ones you normally present. These apartments are trendy and definitely expensive but the decor and furniture in my opinion is more suited for teenagers than the more mature elite who can afford to live here. The decor reminds me of the 1960s-70s when shag carpeting, green and orange appliances and psychedelic colors were popular. That’s the feel I get when touring these 2 apts. The designer is very talented and I think he put this together well although it’s not my cup of tea. I love your energy and enthusiasm Farooq!
