The first time I ever made 100k+ was after I discovered Grant when I was 24-25 and repeatedly listened to his books and programs. No one above you is bringing you down it’s always the bottom feeders.

@@Homeoffersunited I used to work in car sales and purchased a car sales specific training program with closes and ways to prospect. It helped a lot. I’m not sure which of his programs you have but I really benefited from the one I purchased. Of course I still had to put in the work but paying for knowledge can help shorten the time it takes to reach your desired outcome. My advice for you would be if you’re not where you want to be in life then consider hiring a coach. Whether that be in fitness, finance, etc. Books are a great way to get started and if you have the money consider getting a program. Good luck and keep pushing you got this!

Cardone has no interest in teaching you how to be rich. Listened to him on the Wolf’s Den and then listened to him on Robert K’s podcast. All he talked about is how you should invest in his fund (return 5% max per year) and how you shouldn’t go into real estate for yourself.
