There's like three Amazon warehouses in my area. All three of them are always hiring. They can't keep workers. The reason is because the work is hard and breaks you down after awhile. My friend worked there maybe six months. She couldn't take it anymore. Al is absolutely right.

This show is my favorite show not on TV yet. I love the camaraderie and care between the hosts. It has been amazing to watch them evolve over the last year to two nights a week. That's why you teach history in your home. My mom never relied on the school to teach us history. In my family we have talked about history. Pass the history down from one generation to the other. That's why he have conversations with one another and the younger generation in our family. My grandkids will never not know the history of black people or America.

I like apologies like that. Accountability is important. Fire signs, we are abrasive sometimes so one thing we have to learn is to chill and apologize when we go low.

I agree with Al on this one about amazon. I personally know someone who worked there doing deliveries and it was hell. Due to the fast deliveries; the employees are overworked and treated poorly. Each driver has a daily quota of packages they have to deliver and if it's not met, they are penalized. They also have tracking meters in their trucks, so if they go over the speed limit, the company will know and you'll get penalized. Basically, they want you to make fast deliveries but never account for things such as traffic; this just isn't realistic. Not to mention they are hesitant to take breaks because they are fighting for time, this also includes restroom breaks. If you see cups or bottles that are full of urine on the side of the road or in gas station trash cans, it's likely from an amazon driver. They are ALWAYS HIRING!!!! Which will tell you something is wrong.

I've never listened to Kevin Samuel, but if you find what he says offensive don't subscribe.

Thank you Al!!! 🙏 I am Amazon employee I'm currently on medical leave due to overworked, slave like conditions. causing me to injure myself in multiple ways and they refuse to accommodate me with light duties at work so I had to take a unpaid disability leave for 3 months. The higher up are trained to use scare tactics on you to push you to work beyond what's humanly possible. And true they expect you to work your entire shift without bathroom breaks two 10 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. sounds normal right?.. Well when you're working in a warehouse that's over a million square feet just walking to and from the break room take your entire break. And even while you're on your breaks you feel like you have a slave master watching your every move they walk through the break room and scream at you to let you know how long you have left on your your break not to mention a camera hanging from the ceiling every square foot. I even caught a supervisor crotch down in the bathroom spying on employees. And it's not like Amazon has an issue with lazy employees! Employees are busting their ass. You're expected to stow between 300-500 packages per hour being the Amazon packages or a 50 lb box while being watched and yelled at at the same time. Don't get me wrong I'm thankful for my job however it is mentally and physically draining. Just look at him in his eyes very creepy. If you do research and watch videos from different employees all across the world the story is the same in every Warehouse and if you're an employee you know what I mean it's like they're telling your story very bizarre how he's able to get away with everything. And again I'm thankful for my job & also love it but it's like a toxic abusive relationship kinda of love lol
