I sort of hate that most of these billionaires just make these islands luxury places. Like I get it and sort of make sense when it comes to investing and making money but c'mon if I was a billion dollar I would buy a large tropical island and have everything and everyone off the island besides nature. I would buy certain types of trees, plants, bushes, flowers, and also I would try buying types of fish, birds, and other types of animals but I would certainly want any snakes removed from the island. I would turn it into a Nature/ Animal Preserve and I would want to bring back some extinct animals and bring them here. I'm not talking about Dinosaurs I'm talking about like The Passenger Pigeon, Maybe the Dodo, Chalorictheriums Tasmanian Tiger, and other many species

Doesn’t anyone question why we watch stuff like this? Just realizing there are people so disgustingly rich, that they can own an entire island. Over 250 acres or more. Meanwhile, if any of us are lucky enough to actually purchase a “house”, it’s on less than 1 acre. Owning an entire island seems pretty douchey

that Allen island is quiet interesting , you can easily put it off-grid , sure you need to invest a bit but that shouldn't be the problem to be honest , just set up like 8 big solar collectors and you solved the electricity problem and freshwater is easy aswell , this island is a absolut gem , who ever bought it , well done
