My family has paid and is still paying their student loans while working. They are white so will not be getting any student loan forgiveness. Just so you know not everyone is getting help. Just a minority few
Many joined the military for the college benefit and died. But these kids planned poorly so let's give them free money that everyone will pay back in higher prices. There's a reason Democrat states are more expensive to live in and people have less money in their pockets living there.

Where's my RUFUND??? My wife and I paid back $200k in student loans because we said we would. We didn't buy new cars and never even had a new piece of furniture until we were deep in our fourties, but we got it done. I want a refund , you scumbags!
I paid my loans for 22 years and as per the terms were to be forgiven after 20 years of payments and still have not. I honored and lived up to the terms of the contract. Paid more than 100k off and the rest should be forgiven. You may not like this but I didn't write the rules the fed did and they failed to honor the terms of a contract they created
@@meitch710 agreed, no one should feel they deserve to have their loans forgiven unless the federal government who came up with the terms of repayment have failed to live up to their legal obligations. My agreement with the IDR was 20 years of repayment then remaining balance would be forgiven. I have 22 years of documentation of my payments and they have failed to live up to the terms they wrote and they implemented for my student loans and hundreds of thousands like me. Therefore they should forgive loans in this instance. Those who went to for profit colleges and got duped should not be forgiven as these students should have known better but now are getting forgiveness before those of us who have lived up to the terms as per the contract made with the federal government for our repayment
You take out a loan and eventually pay it back in 10 years or so. DONE-FINITO-FINISHED. Let this old bag of gas pay it off for you and it will have to be paid for in the form of TAXES. Do you think those taxes will ever be reduced? So, you will have your tuition paid but really just be paying it off in the form of added taxes for THE REST OF YOUR TAX PAYING LIFE, along with all those suckers who never got tuition transfer.

Dude why won’t you forgive my loans. I’m low income and a single dad living check to check even hungry at times. You didn’t help me the first time but helped out my older brother who has his drs and masters and is far better off even without the forgiveness. He’s rich rich and is out of touch with reality he’s so rich. And for me a guy still going to school and low income your plan didn’t help. Just someone who could had paid their loan and can afford it. Man
Ask your brother to pay it, if he’s so freaking rich ….. but I hear you , I put in for borrowers defense like 3 years ago and they asked me if I wanted it paused. I have paid 22 years of my loans that should have been forgiven after 20 years. And still nothing. I have more than met the requirements and still they have not forgiven my loans. I feel ya brother. Just call financial hardship, tell them you can only afford 25 bucks. Then once you agree to a very low term it will be locked in for a year. Then make higher payments if you can as the overage will go to principle and the small payment you agreed too will go to interest. Its legal and allowed and I did it for ten years and paid off 100k this way
See this is what I don't understand. I also went through college working as a waitress and raising kids. Yet they won't pay for the ppl actually trying to better themselves that need it. No they wanna pay off loans for brainwashed babies that sit out camping and supporting terrorism 🤨 they could use that money to send ppl on welfare to college so those ppl could get off welfare. This admin is a bunch of bs. The reason it costs so much to become a doctor is because of how much you make as a doctor. Same with lawyers. This admin is spending 100k per second! At some point our dollar will be worthless, we are already having trouble with bonds bc other countries aren't buying our debt. Look at Vietnam, and many other countries like Venezuela. They printed money until it meant nothing during the war. They are STILL recovering. Also, much of our money doesn't go to our citizens.
