honestly they manage this concept in terms of tone so perfectly, its a serious theme about someone dissapering and loss, but every shot and line handles tone perfectly so as to not trivialize it but it also doesnt make the vibe entirely sad and depressing but rather mysterious

is it a reference to a book (siyoon is holding it in the bus) 'enchanted night' by steven millhauser? 😮 billlie isn't unfamilliar with involving literature into their lore as i believe 'brave~a song for matilda' was based on the book - 'matilda'. Ahh no one does it like mystic story, right? The artistry of billlie is super impressive, i can't wait for the expansion of billlie's mysterous universe. Also, each track drop sounds sooo good, can't wait for another album to have on repeat 💕 Billlie's girls fighting this comeback, you'll crush it!

I love how mysticstory also gives them some acting challenges (as some of them did want to be an actress too,especially our actress-singer member Suhyeon from ATEEN). Whether it was intended anyway for the concept and aesthetics,I love how they get the chance to show something more what's deep inside their album. Fighting Billlie and Bellieves!! also literally every scenes look like art here 😫❤️

a little bit unrelated but trying to figure out the order is confusing 💀 the collective soul and unconscious is a “prequel trilogy” which means it goes: the collective soul and unconscious: snowy night, the collective soul and unconscious: chapter one, the billage of perception: chapter three, the billage of perception: chapter one, the billage of perception (nevertheless, i keep wanting to make a story out of it and im taking the most inspo from tbop1 it has nice vintage vibes)
