Me too, outside of a few poor decisions, not sure why so many people hate on the guy. Like, ...not really liking him I could get, but the hate shown at times is a little much... He's a solid guy, consummate professional, great leader, and he has a decent air of humility about him that most head coaches seem to lack. It's refreshing to see he has a good sense of humor as well. And you don't earn the respect of the entire locker room, and have players as fiercely loyal and committed as you see with the Bills, without being a decent coach and person, both on and off the field. There's a reason why the players always have his back, at the end of the day. Now as far as negatives go, the guy is not perfect. I'll be one to admit that some of his situational play-calling and general management skills have been off at times and frustrating. But not enough to knock the way he leads and puts together a team, or finds a way to succeed with far less than ideal circumstances... Anyway, just an opinion from a long-time Bills fan... 🤷‍♂😎🦬

At sean, you nailed it. McD is a great coach, taken this team to many big games and won, division titles, playoff games etc. I think he will get overr the hump and get a super bowl within the next few years!
