Allen hurns has made good for himself after going undrafted, but that was probably the worst fumble a player can possibly have. No one even touched him and he still had a bit of room to run.

Yeah, you got a lot to potentially work with - but you have to do something with what you got, and you have to make the right decisions! If you don't... people are going to be laughing at the Dolphins for a lot more reasons around this time next season!

@@anonymousanonymous-fg5rv If the Jets get smart, and put more talent around Sam Darnold, then he's going to give Allen a run for his money as the premier QB in the division. Darnold has a LOT of talent! He doesn't have Allen's physical abilities (few people do), but he's a lot better at this stage in his career than either Baker Mayfield or Josh Rosen! It all depends on if the Jets get smart about building around Darnold; look how much Allen improved after Buffalo retooled their offensive line, and got him better receivers!

What you guys in Miami really need to worry about, is making the best use of all of those draft picks you've stockpiled for the 2020 draft - if you screw that up, people are REALLY going to be laughing at the Dolphins! If you don't find a LOT of talent in the first two rounds, where you have FIVE picks - then you need to fire your GM and entire scouting staff, and start over again! I just hope, for your sake, that you get it right - because if you miss out on getting the talent you need to get out of the basement... you probably won't have that opportunity again anytime soon! More balanced running to pass ratio too. And he was in the box. Basically, it really is everything us fans had been saying all week! Josh was really good at play action too, and his long run fooled everybody. Watch out. And at last at those line stunts and blitzes on defense. About time the coaches did this! OLine, Josh, Brown and Milano (monster game!) deserve game balls for sure.

Josh Allen sucks. He takes off running way to easily, the telltale sign of a qb that isn't really it. It's working for now but teams will adjust and force him to throw more and he will be exposed.

It's a little too late for that - the trade deadline is over. They've got to roll with what they have. Honestly, the offense's skill players aren't bad. Josh is just not a good quarterback, at least not yet. I personally have doubts he'll become one, but he works very hard and has a good attitude about himself so that improves his odds, at least. Anyway, as far as the skill players go, as long as John Brown's sickle cell doesn't flare up, he's a legitimate number 1 receiver. Beasley is a good third down and possession receiver and Dawson Knox seems to make a physical play or two almost every week. The running game is good, which takes some pressure off the passing game and sets up the play action. It's not an exceptional group, but it's decent. They should look to draft a wide out during the off season - someone to go across from Brown and really solidify the group.

I'm aware of that. I meant for this coming offseason. Forget this year: 99.99% chance the Pats steamroll the AFC East. Put up the good fight while figuring out team needs, and then address them after that.

He had a good game, and was sharper than usual, but I'd caution you to remember the lacking quality of the opponent and that Josh is near the bottom of the league in passer rating, and still having serious fumble problems in his second year (11 already). It was good to see him play well, and it should be enjoyed. But don't get so excited that a quality defense like Denver's absolutely crushes you next week.

Orion's Ghost I have no expectations week to week on the Bills performance. They could certainly lose to any team any time. And no consistent rushing game puts more pressure on the QB. I’m enjoying each win by itself and the real possibility of a playoff spot.

If they let Josh Allen throw downfield more, and if they involve Devin Singletary in the offense more... this is a team that can do a lot of things offensively. For some strange reason, they didn't do either before now - and the offense has suffered for it. Now, Singletary was injured, sure... but NOW'S the time to turn him loose on the league, and make it easier to throw downfield - once defenses start game-planning for him!

@@ja1720 Don't be shocked if the Bills do something with Star after the season's done. He makes too much money for just being a space-eater; the Bills need more pass rush from their defensive line, and they might do something with Star in order to free up money to do it with. Now, they're going to have around 85 million in cap space - but they still might decide they're paying Star too much for what they're getting out of him. So don't be surprised if Brandon Beane makes some moves to deal with that situation, is all I'm saying.
