Mixon went off against the Colts week one avg 5.3 on 30 carries. He gets hurt against the Bears after 9 carries for 25 yrds, 2.8 average. Stroud isn’t running like Lamar. I don’t see the Bills D getting blown up by the run like Baltimore did to them. Go Bills.

Dan is killing the vibe

I get not wanting to "crown" place a young guy but despite how bad the play calling and oline play is he's still up there with the rest of the top guys. The offensive problems really haven't had to do with CJ's play, he's still playing at at that high level though MIN did remind people that he's still only in his 2nd year and hasn't seen everything defensively. The problems arise from oline penalties killing so many drives, oline failing on basic technique things allowing him to be consistently pressured/sacked by 4 man rushes, Slowik's piss poor play calling while Mixon is out wasting downs (seriously using 2 Achilles injured Akers as a lead back wtf), and just constantly getting us into 3rd and long situations praying CJ can bail them out. In spite of this CJ is still putting up numbers and putting his WRs in positions to succeed. Now I'm just hoping for a clean game from the Texans and look respectable even if we lose lol I don't think we win unless the oline and Slowik get their act together

so when the Bills go out and get Devonte Adams next week will that satisfy your desire to have that number 1 receiver?

1. Following from southern Illinois since 1990 but sick of hearing the Diggs crap. He seems content with being a slot guy/ WR 2-3 now but he will sour in Houston given time. He played good for us but all things come to an end just sometimes in an ugly way. 2. This is a game of milliseconds and reactions - Bills cannot focus on Diggs and make it personal or execution and focus will go out the window. 3. Adam’s - sounds great at first glance but the dude is having Diggs like drama in Vegas and you have spent 2 months telling us “everyone eats” every chance you get - why would they bring in someone who wants the whole bowl of mashed potatoes again? 4. Shakir- I have been very high on him since he was drafted but if he doesn’t start getting down and taking less hits he is going to have a short career- he has taken some serious shots - rewatch the Jags game 😮. 5. Hoping this is Curtis Samuels breakout game. Thinking he can fill the hole Shakir leaves then build confidence from there 6. The Joe Brady offense only works if our defense is the bullies on the field otherwise offense feels need to do more - then struggles. Our offense thrives when other team is pressured to stop us. Beane and McDermott have done a terrible job of setting up a great quarterback with a fierce defense and a couple awesome weapons on offense. It's ridiculous. If Allen went to Atlanta or New Orleans or Houston or San Diego tomorrow, they would be in the Super Bowl in February.

The Bills made the Ravens look better than they really are, like the Broncos made the Dolphins look better than they are last year. The Ravens are who they've been.
