BILLY BLANKS SPORTS KARATE #3 POINT MMA-KRAZY FIT 

This was a seminar put on by Billy at the 2013 National Karate Championships. The event is put on by GM Eric Kovaleski.

One can see how explosive and quick Billy is compared to the normal person. He is an elite athlete. It would have been an honor to have sparred with him on the tournament circuit in the 80s but I only fought in the Los Angeles County area.
