Billy Eichner and Harvey Fierstein discuss intergenerational collaboration and confronting homophobia with The New Yorker’s Michael Schulman. Still haven’t subscribed to The New Yorker on RU-vid ►► bit.ly/newyorke...
I think I first saw Eichner in a series called Difficult People. It was difficult to watch difficult people, but whenever I see him, I remember that show.
Back in 1983, when _Torch Song Trilogy _ was on Broadway, I made fun of Harvey Fierstein. 11 years later, I came out of the closet myself. Harvey Fierstein is an absolute hero to me. LOVE HIM!!
sometimes things happen randomly and right now I don't know many people other than adults with kids who go to the theatre. It doesn't have to be about homophobia, at least not entirely and necessarily the primary reason. At least I would hope so.
I hope that someone can be proud of being unapologetically Christian and walk in the path of Jesus son of Mary. inshallah one day. Then when we log into Grindr we can see actual men with family values, children and masculine voices instead of drug addicts and freaks with piercings and STDs.
