I was reading my bible when I felt excruciating pain in my spirit. A spiritual pain that can’t be explained. Your spirit is in agony because it knows the love of Jesus and the longing to be with him, and knowing you never will. When the pain stopped Jesus said that’s what your spirit feels in hell. I only felt a tiny bit, but I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.
