I agree, but Billy Graham did not back down. His family was threatened also. But he believed it was the church’s responsibility to make it known racism was a sin and not to be tolerated. I’m ethnically right in the middle, I don’t think having racially negative views/opinions are sinful, but it becomes extremely sinful when you mistreat someone over them. In other words, if someone thinks “this dumb half____ is stupid” when they see me, but they’re as nice to me, as they’d be to anyone else, I don’t think God would have a problem with that. But if they’re like, “I’m not gonna help you because you’re a dumb half____” then it becomes a sinful. I don’t think there’s any such thing as racism, only right and wrong, good and evil.
