17-year-old Billy Richmond has enticing two-way potential. The quick twitch 6-foot-7 lefty guard is ferocious downhill with an impressive first step. He's made excellent strides over the past 12 months in developing his game and continues to evolve off-the-bounce, showcasing intriguing flashes for the NJ Scholars throughout the EYBL season in adding nuance to his attack Defensively, he has a knack for causing disruption, averaging 1.8 steals and 1.6 blocks per game throughout Peach Jam.
Richmond has a promising blend of tools and budding skills that make him someone to watch closely during his senior season at Camden High School. He's on a great developmental path.
