EXTREMELY UNDERRATED BAND!!!!!!! Honestly don't know how these guys haven't broken into the mainstream by now! They've been underground so long but I saw their performance at The Mausoleum and they absolutely killed it!!!!
I really, REALLY wanna see them come into the mainstream media so they can get more popularity. Their work as a band is something that should be remembered and I am really happy people think the same! :D
Shoelace Kink Being a spoopy Skeleton and immortal is cool and all. But deep inside of me misses having my flesh and hair. I had some good times being a fleshman and life just felt kinda better.
Hey brother, undeadness gets bony sometimes, but you gotta stick through it my skeleman. Your skelebrothers and sisters are here for you, bone brother 💀
@@dyingbutokay I don't care if the chicken or the egg came first, that just makes it better. We now have a mysterious paradox and have to use relative judgement to decide if we live in a universe where a man wrote a 90's punk rock song with xylophones in it, and then decided "what if I made a silly animation about skeletons? Because xylophones?" Or one where a man made a silly cartoon about skeletons and then said "You know what? I owe it to myself to make the entire song for this throwaway gag." Either way, we're living in the best possible multiverse fractal.
@@waywardhero1177 Even so, it should be added to the description. I found the full song completely by chance and I don't wanna let that be the deciding factor for whether other people get to hear this absolute anthem.
1. This song is actually amazing, you are extremely talented holy shit 2. That cover art is very satisfying to look at, once again spectacular work my dude
Stage 1: Ha, xylophone-skeleton-rock joke, I like this. Stage 2: Oh damn, he like wrote a little bite of music at the end of the video to drive the joke home, hell yeah. Stage 3: He uh... okay, huh, actually wrote the whole song now didn't he? Can't say I expected that level of commitment and... okay what the hell, it's a catchy song on top of that?????
“I’ve got my mind set on you No one else will do You’ve got me spinned up set on you Thinking always of you x3 Long after you’ve gone set on you It’s just no use Stuck in your cyclone set on you Thinking always of you x4 Let’s go Thinking always of you x 4 Thinking al Come on everybody Thinking always of you x6” These are the lyrics as I could discern them I figured I wanted to know so I’m sure others do to Also absolutely amazing song I love it
"Hit the lights, unplug the amps, we gotta get outta here" "Wait what do you mean" "Hole crowds dead" "Sleepy crowd, we can handle that" "No look there dead" "Oh its all skeletons aint it" "Yea we gotta go" "But why is it all skeletons" "Thinking about it we did have a lot of xylophones on the last record" "Oh yea" "Why'd we add so many damn xylophones" "Its woody, its haunting, its an underused sound in rock music"
Depending in the song, the xylophone is a heavily underutilized tool in Rock. It has a woody, haunting sorta vibe that make songs like this absolutely slam. Great song, damn good song.
This song sounds like an actual classic and it was literally just made around this year. This is impressive dude, not to mention the quality of your animations
I just wanna say that this came out at a moment in my life when I was just starting to re-knit the unraveled sweater that was my psyche, and this song really helped me to release some of the feelings trapped in my chest without the kind of police-summoning screams that would ordinarily have required. So thanks.
@@Razevoir the pillows were originally a japanese Oasis cover band, so I'm not surprised! But my question is, with so many people recognizing it, are we all FLCL fans here, or did The Pillows surge in popularity recently?
