@@danterik9781 Not dumb, just severe A.D.D. You know that meme of "I'm doing a thousand calculations per minute" That's what having A.D.D. is like. So for him to sit and think a while and come up with "fruit bats are mammals" from 2+2 is something I could see happening in real life. Or a simulation of what the writers think A.D.D. is. Instead of "Input = random output" It goes "Input = calculation = calculation = calculation = calculation = calculated output" but only the person answering the question sees the parts in between their own thoughts.

Horvitz is a god among voice actors. Every character he's played is memorable. All the emotion and HIGH PITCHED THROATY SCREECHES he can manage is crazy.
There's Alpha, Raz, Zim, Billy, Kaos and then Moxxie. They're all just so lovely and Richard delivers every fucking time. That's why he makes even Kaos likable!
Billy KNOWINGLY told a fish to finish his food before getting some water, tries to kill his loving son (No joke, who could hate that spidey husbando?) And threatened to beat up the jury if he didn't have his way. Some people call him stupid, others a kid. I call him a psychopath.

I love that the "You ain't BAD, YOU AIN'T NUTTIN" quote is attributed to Billy but is a direct quote from the 'altercation' scene between Michael's character and the gang members in the "Bad" music video before he breaks out into song-and-dance to battle them and his old ways of the streets. Which, in context of allusion, means Billy has a *gang background* and a whole black leather outfit with chains and stuff but never wore it or broke out into song-and-dance because the gang of villains (General Skarr specifically) weren't "bad" enough for him to even try to prove it. 🤣😭

I love the fact that I haven't watched this cartoon in literally years but I remember so many of these scenes. "Why don't you love me dad?" "If that Mutt ever comes near my bed again" And the fish just dying the entire time. These are entire episodes I remember, man what a great show! Might have to watch it again.
