I hopped trains for years back in the 90s and early 2ks. All I can say is it's a fun, beautiful way to travel, but it's very slow and dangerous. Anyone who wants to try it, please please get some learnin' from someone with experience. Don't die on my tracks!

Just popping back in to say that Billy Strings will be playing the Grammy's this Saturday April 3rd and is also up for 2 Grammy's, Best album "Renewal" and Performance for "Love and Regret". Thought you might like to know.

i was raised on bluegrass (dad was a banjo picker), and this rings so true in my soul. The music and the message! If you love this style, Newgrass, you should check out The Mighty Pines, The Imfamous Stringdusters, and The Waydown Wanderers. All great artists!

I subscribed to you because of this video. Billy Strings is an amazing musician, and this song is very thought provoking. There are many songs across many genres that provoke thought if the lyrics are read and interpreted. Tool are known for it, perhaps you could do a reaction video of one of their songs. Vicarious by Tool is in my top 5 songs of all time, along with this one by Billy Strings. Thanks for the great video.

You're almost there.. That exploitation and greed is a feature of capitalism, not a bug. Capitalists cannot make money without exploitation. The system is designed that way. Youll get it eventually. Just remember that commerce and trade are not the same thing as capitalism.

So be it the US or Canada things are just not what they use to be right?

So... Here's the thing about Canada. Canada is a Strong Country, with Strong ties to other nations, and a fairly decent economy, with a lot of diversity. And while we still need to work on a lot of things, we are also ahead of the curve on many ends. The big thing is that being America's neighbor, we are also very influenced by American policies be it socioeconomic, immigration, travel, or trade. When there is a negative impact on America from political policy, it usually has a huge effect on Canada as well. So not only do we need to worry about our own politics, but the politics of America and their other allies/enemies. And while this is a thing that every Country has to contend with, not every Country is a border neighbor of a world super power, that is seemingly prone to be an aggressor on the world stage.

@@DanFromHali I do believe the US has a lot of issues because it is expected to be a world leader.....and the military is one. All countries forget how global we all are to each other and how that affects all of us. It just seems in the last 25 years countries are more concerned with themselves...US included. And the radical right is taking hold everywhere. Especially when it comes to immigration. Kind of sad....
