As far as I know CDs are more expensive in Japan compared to other countries. That's why bands mostly put an extra track on the Japanese version of their albums

ya because there are 33 million canadians spread out over a giant piece of land and 120 million japanese crammed into an island, thats why more of them buy cd's lol
we need a b sides and rarities album from them so badly. and I would do whatever it took to get Watoosh! re-released or re-recorded and put on spotify I'm pretty sure the b sides and rarities album will happen eventually but the Watoosh! re-recording would be outta this world amazing
I've been following Billy Talent since they're self-titled and love everything they've ever done.. just amazed that this track didn't make it on the album.. this is my favorite track out of them all and it's a Bonus??
Awesome album. Always something special about these artist, i must say awesome little slash thing going on in the solo great tune Half past Dead ! Billy Talent !
Don't agree with the people saying this would have been better than the other singles, or would have been one of the best songs from Afraid of Heights. This song still slaps though and I like how it sort of feels a bit more like early BT or PEZZ.
just the guitar tone reminds me of i mother earth, im not sayin BT is trying to sound like them at all, after all Pezz was around at the same time, thats just the awesome sound of 90's canadian hard rock
listen to the album scenery and fish by i mother earth, lots of similar sounds, nothing wrong with it at all, they are both amazing canadian rock bands
Nah, Horses and Chariots is one of the best songs on the CD in my opinion (it's definitely in my personal top 5). They should have deleted the redundant Afraid of Heights reprise instead and added this song. Even better: they could have made Afraid of Heights a record with 13 songs instead of 12.
You've git ti be kidding me. Did you really just say that his personal opinion is wrong? His PERSONAL OPINION dude, there's nothing wrong or right about it, even if you disagree. Besides, don't you think it's a bit hypocritical to say you don't like the record because it's different? Be honest with your self, you'd be just as (if not more) pissed if they would have made an album that sounded just like the 4 before. Which doesn't even make much sence in the first place since every album had quite a unique feel to it (compare BT I to Dead Silence for example and tell me they sound alike.) It's just always the same with people, can't satisfy them no matter what they do. Personally I love the new record, just as much as I love the others. It's unique, it's different but it's still definitely Billy Talent and even with all the changes in sound and style they really managed to keep the unique Billy-Talent-ness to it.
1) I would have loved another record that had the same sound as Billy Talent I or II. 2) I'm not saying all the records sound exactly the same. But, they have a certain feel that wasn't present in some of the songs on Afraid of Heights. That's not to say I don't like the record, I just think Horses and Chariots and Afraid of Heights reprise sound electronic which is unusual for Billy Talent and I hope they don't evolve into a soft pop band.
I'm getting your point. And actually I'd really appreciate some "harder" record as well, but still you've got to see that they are all getting older, Ben's voice doesn't seem to be able to do those high pitched screams he used to be able to perform. Still it's always nice to talk to people with different opinione, personally I like the new style just as much as the previous ones. And it's their right as artists do do what they like and what they think sounds good, whether you like it or not is up to you :)

This would be like the second-best song on the album behind Ghotship of Cannibal Rats. Crazy it's not on the record, but I get it. Doesn't really fit in sound-wise.
